Norman and James are playing Superheroes and the two boys patrol the streets of Pontypandy, looking for the perfect rescue. Norman is Norman-Man and James is his sidekick, Atomic Boy. However, the Superheros are left in need of rescuing themselves. The two are relieved to find that Fireman Sam is never far away to save the day for real!
