After years of getting his powers from the sun, Harvey notices a suspicious spot on his skin. When the dermatologist insists he stay out of the sun and use sunblock, the now droopy Birdman turns to self-tanning crème for a pick me up. It isn't long before he's addicted to the stuff, using more and more just to stay awake. Harvey's friends and co-workers worry that he is in too deep. Meanwhile, former cartoon star Ding-a-ling seeks representation from Birdman when he finds that a cybersquatter is using his name to peddle smut on the Internet.
