Wonderful Conversations. For me the best yet, but I’d strongly recommend listening to it a long way away from any other human being, and to try to avoid talking about it with others.

Having a lawyer discuss complex neuropsychological conditions was a major misstep. The information presented in this episode is seriously flawed. Why layman think they can write books on these topics is baffling - please don’t validate it by giving them air time.

A revealing, enjoyable and easy listen. Appreciated the candour and the humour despite the sad content. Really interesting.

I just love Conversations and have been a long time listener. The stories and people are hugely interesting and I love the way that Sarah and Richard craft the story telling. My wife says that, some weeks, I spend more time with Sarah than I do with her!

What a great podcast, the conversations go from lighthearted to serious and I love the juxtaposition of topics. A great listen!

Do you think the producers could add the date the episode first aired? I see an episode and think "Oh good!" Only to find I have already heard it. Did it this morning with Maggie Beer - episode date recently, July 2023 I think, but it was much older than that.

I just woke up so I’m going home now. Yeh I’m just so excited about you doing this to be honest with her dad. Okay okay I just got the phone call and it said no I didn’t have to turn on my computer so I’m not going to.

I am catching up with old podcasts and the amazing achievements of these people with their incredible insurance warms my heart, expands my knowledge and makes me deeply connected to and immensely proud of my fellow human beings. Thank you Richard and Sarah - I love your ability to engage the audience but most importantly enable the interview to flow with rhythm and style even when the guest speaker may not be as conversationally fluent as you.

Sorry, but being married to a Czech who escaped from Czechoslovakia in the mid 80’s, I do not believe Gillian’s account of how she was able to travel to a remote area of Slovakia and converse with the refugees’ family.

So enjoyable, interesting, entertaining and full of variety. It’s quickly raced to the top of my podcast list!

Richard, I don't know how you do it. You could extract an hour of good listening from a scorpion. I have watched you from your early days as a DAAS, and could not believe your transition in to a amazingly talented interviewer.

As a farmer sitting on my machines at all hours, your podcasts swallow an hour's work in an instant.

So disappointing to listen to to this overrated hack promoting her latest drivel.

It seems the ABCs open promotion of left wing views have filtered through to Conversations.

I’m strongly of the opinion that Richard is the best interviewer in the country.

Sadly this was not his finest hour.

presenters with wit, charm and a deep knowledge of the world and the wisdom of the ages makes for interviews that are as dynamic as their subject matter: couldn’t recommend Conversations more highly….

I reckon without doubt the ABC conversations are the cream of podcasts. All the anchors know their stuff, guests and their topics are intriguing and as a listener it is so easy to be engaged. Invariably the conversations are informative, the participants empathetic, questions & observations are shared equally and as a listener I usually feel better for having been part of the event. Richard F of course is the gold standard but all other presenters are in the same league.
