Dr Andrew Randell is the Women’s Olympic Head Coach at British Rowing and a multiple Olympic medalist coach (including Gold in the women's quad scull in 2024). Andrew also achieved success as a school coach, with several notable victories and the development of many rowers that eventually became Olympic oarsmen.
