Values is a word that’s thrown around a lot, but how do we truly begin to understand what ours are? 
Top tip – here are two questions to journal around to find yours:

Charlotte Wood is a Chartered Financial Planner and runs  Rosewood Financial Planning.  Charlotte is active within the profession as a women’s advocate and an award-winning community builder, most notably the founder of the Empowered Community. As an intersectional feminist, Charlotte spends a lot of her free time reading and learning about social justice issues and how to embed these values within the way she works and her business. Charlotte also has two children under four, and speaks openly about her struggles being a mum and a businesswoman.

Julie Flynn is an experienced independent financial adviser and financial coach. Justice and equality drive Julie. Which is why she’s spent years studying and researching how stress affects our financial decision making.
Julie is best known for her work with women who have lost their partner and coaching financial services business who want to implement fair and transparent charges.
