Listened to the AuDHD episode just now and I actually had to make myself listen to it because I find the topic personal, but I felt very happy and fulfilled after listening. I actually started crying a bit when Joris described the experience of going to a professional and how you can be dismissed because you don’t present the right way.

I went to a psychiatrist a couple years ago and had him basically say I grew out of my ADHD (I was diagnosed with ADD at five). He suggested the reason I struggled in school was because I wasn’t smart. He believed I was autistic but not that I had ADHD, and everything he said made it abundantly clear that he just saw me as r*tarded.

I just wanted to let you know that this episode really resonated and I was seriously impressed at how accurately you represented the topic. So much interesting information to learn here. I feel like you always represent the topics you cover well, and it’s always captivating to listen to.

I love this podcast sooo much not only is it informative but Corry (and co ) approaches the topics in such a compassionate way that I am not only learning the science but how to be a more compassionate and thoughtful person as-well

This podcast is so entertaining and informative. I listen to sci guys when I am getting ready for school, at school, after school, and when I’m going to bed. Eventually I will run out of episodes but I am still going strong. Keep it up guys!

The Sci Guys Podcast is so thought provoking and funny at the same time. I love learning about science in an exciting and engaging way. Jamp, Luke and Corry always make me laugh and Corry always makes me feel so much more educated (and able to have discussions with friends) on important topics such as sexuality, gender identity and COVID-19. Luke and Jamp will also always read my mind and have the same questions as me about the topic of the episode so I never finish an episode with more questions. Highly recommend!!

i don’t normally leave reviews on podcasts, but this one is just too good not to! i was at the gym this morning listening to the sleepwalking episode and had to stop midway though my deadlift because i was laughing so hard! got some funny looks but hey, they’re all missing out. not only is this podcast funny, i learn so much in such an accessible way, i definitely recommend!

I’ve currently been binge listening to this podcast as I find that it’s the only thing that helps me focus while studying. Definitely recommend 👍

I intermittently forget about the existence of podcasts but every time I listen to Sci Guys I remember how freaking good it is. Guaranteed to make me laugh aloud while learning about all sorts, thanks for the great show.
