Actually life changing

!!! Every time I listen to this podcast it helps me refocus and get back in touch with the version of myself I want to be. I listen to Mimi most days at the gym and it puts me in the BEST mindset within ten minutes. Mimi is so insightful and can give you books worth of info in thirty minutes. Life changing

Mimi has changed my life for the better! I actually get so excited when new ones are released, which is very frequently! She discusses so everything I want to know about and helps me to grow as a person! Some of her podcasts I have listened to 2 or more times. So much amazing content! Definitely my favourite podcaster 🥰

I’ve been listening to Mimi’s podcast since she first released it last September. It’s the first podcast station I turn to when I need a pick me up, motivation, inspiration, tips, tricks or just to feel like I’m hanging out with someone who is like minded. My favourite podcast

Mimi is very good at interviewing people. She has amazing guests. The topics are so interesting. I am currently re-listening to old podcasts on my morning runs. Each podcast makes me feel positive, happy and equip with knowledge on help me on my journey to becoming the best version of myself🥰

Great topics, but there’s room for improvement

I really enjoy listening to this podcast, Mimi’s energy is great and she tackles intriguing and though provoking topics.
However, I find that some of the points she makes come across one sided and not research. For example, she mentioned one of Dr Emoto’s rice studies and spoke of his findings as if it were true, however failed to mention the heavy criticism he received on the experiment that heavily debunked his findings. Thus, while well intentioned, some of her points come across as generalised / misinformed.
Also, some episodes are not as well edited as they should be (e.g. interludes to stop and shut the room to the room that can be easily edited out), as well as scratchy and inconsistent audio. I almost stopped listening to the episode with her cousin Beatrice due to the constant scratching.
Nevertheless, I admire Mimi’s ambition and can clearly see the vision that she has of the podcast and believe that it can develop into something amazing.

Unsure

I find a lot of the podcasts entertaining and she sounds like such a lovely likeable person, my only concern is that a lot of the advice seems a bit questionable. As she has such a young female following, her advice on “body positivity” comes across as more trying to strive for perfection, which I think is damaging advice. Rather than teaching females about moderation and also being comfortable in their skin.

Great advice on health, relationships and self-improvement

I was so hesitant to listen to this and wasn’t expecting a lot as all I knew about Mimi was her Made in Chelsea stint and what she shared on Instagram(which is great but we all know we only ever see the positives of someone’s day to day life). But after listening to her first podcast, my view has completely changed. Mimi is inspiring, walks the talk, and shares some amazing advice on relationships, achieving your goals, health, nutrition and fitness.
Mimi has had such an impact that I’m finally giving intermittent fasting a try, after listening to so many other podcasts and reading about it, it just didn’t seem attainable however her podcast convinced me to finally give it a try.
She is so honest and real which just adds to her impact.
Love this podcast! Thank you so much Mimi!
