Good balance

Contrary to the President’s view of the Post, this podcast demonstrates a reasonable balance, a relatively critical view of both sides of politics. Possibly his problem with the Post is that it doesn’t provide a hagiography.

Real thoughtful

I've listened to the most recent podcasts and went back to listen to almost all of them, real interesting and conversations with real experts. I learned so much about the mechanics of politicking and winning elections. It's great, even if I wish the show had a more exciting title.

Essential

This podcast brings so much information together to help understand how the Political machine in America operates.
In the current climate of World not just US Politics, I think this is vital to understand what the future may hold.

Brilliant Podcast - Brilliant Host!

What a great podcast this is! I love the understated tone created by host @martinepowers, which contrasts favorably with many of its more manic competitors in this space. The effect provides the listener the opportunity to focus on the issues at hand rather than the theatrics of presentation, while providing an entertaining and engaging style throughout.
I really hope that Martine will get the guernsey for presenting this podcast in the longer term.

Calm and probing questions

Unlike the shotgun spray of misinformation coming from the Whitehouse this podcast brings it all back to the salient facts. All the more powerfully informative by being calm yet persistent. Shines a bright light onto the murky soul of US politics and attempts to illuminate that which does not enjoy the attention.

Great Educational Podcast

As an Aussie, I’ve found this podcast super helpful in understanding how the American political system works, and it does just what it says - investigated whether or not President Trump can do the things he does or claims to be able to do.
Sound-wise, I find some of the music is much louder than the rest of the podcast, and sometimes I find it difficult to hear interviewees as they sound quite distant. Would be a 5-star podcast with better sound mixing.

Excellent podcast!

Impressed with background research, find this podcast informative & strategic - through focusing on an issue then building research & commentary around that. Keep rolling!!

Interesting but annoying

I consume all media on US politics but had to give this one a pass for now. It's only one episode deep so I'm sure it'll get better but it was both annoying to listen to (the overly polite/actorly voices) and a bit meandering. May return once it's found it's legs!
