General Drummond (Aaron Eckhart) oversees a group of young elite commandos, led by Officer Ackerman (Connor Paolo), tasked with collecting highly classified information contained in a secret binder that can change the fate of the Vietnam War. On the edge of the jungle, the team is attacked by the overwhelming invisible force of the enemy army who wipes out most of their soldiers and takes possession of the classified binder. As quickly as the Vietnamese soldiers appear, they vanish into the jungle making their efforts seem like magic. Once it is determined that the enemy is using underground tunnels to navigate their surprise attacks, Drummond’s young troop led by Ackerman must overcome their apprehension and fear in order to pursue the force into the complex labyrinth of underground Cu Chi tunnels, with danger at every turn. Their first mission into the tunnels, Ackerman successfully leads and navigates the men in and safely out of these perilous tunnels. Under further orders, Ackermann and his troop must enter the tunnels for a second time, now with his men believing in his leadership.
