Description
In conservative Iran, public life is the realm of men only. Women are even banned from attending football matches. As Iran competes for a place in the 2006 World Cup, a group of fervent female football supporters disguise themselves as men so they too can watch to see whether their national team will triumph at the game they love. But when their charade is discovered, they are confined to a holding pen, where the torture they must endure is to hear the cheers and shouts of the match without seeing it.
