I really want to love this app as it has the full selection of Woolies items, but the delivery times are so wrong. It says 30-40 minute delivery, but always takes 1-2 hours. Really worried about meat and other quickly perishing items as drivers just drive around picking up other items. Veggies also not always fresh and old ones are packed. Please improve the delivery speed! 🙏🏽

Ya gal works 2 jobs so I don’t always have time to do my groceries before or after work. Sometimes get home and just don’t feel like leaving the house again because I’ve forgotten the milk… again 😭

The delivery is quick and easy and I just really appreciate it. This is so convenient for those that don’t have a lot of time, or perhaps even find it hard to leave the house for medical/mental reasons. I would highly recommend milkrun to anyone and everyone.

My groceries are always separated as well. Cold foods, pantry foods, breakables (mainly eggs) and chemicals. They’re delivery estimate times are very accurate too so I’m very chuffed 💓

The very first and only item I compared with the Woolworths app was a well known brand of Thai green curry paste that Woolworths is currently selling for $3.40 but is selling for $3.75 via this app which of course is 10% more expensive.

The $5 delivery fee is very good but is it worth it to switch to this service from Woolworths delivery unlimited and possibly pay higher prices every time for the actual goods that you purchase +$5 delivery fee?

At the very least, I expect to see the same pricing when compared to the Woolworths app.

The app itself is great. The delivery drivers are terrible. There should be a section to rate the drivers. I know it’s done through a third party. The last few orders the drivers have taken at least 20 minutes (after accepting the delivery) to head towards picking up my order..the longest we’ve had to wait is over an hour, the shop is only 15 minutes away. I’m pretty sure the drivers prioritise the deliveries that they do get rated on & they put MILKRUN on the back burner

Multiple times items are advertised as bonus points with no corresponding offer to boost items even in Woolworths app checked, or even when an offer is boosted the bonus points never appear. Online support says it can resolve but prompts you to call through with a receipt and information for an offer you no longer have any details on to challenge as expired offers do not remain showing. Either large oversight or deceptive practices, given lack of developer response and continued misrepresentations made in the app it is deceptive practices.

Contacting customer service just results in a disingenuous and dismissive response telling you to contact the online support with information that is not retained in the app.

Don’t know how MILKRUN is so much faster and cheaper than the main Woolworths delivery service when they are owned by the same people. But I’ve found MILKRUN to be very good - they choose good fruit and vegetables where the normal delivery service was a bit hit and miss. They make sensible substitutions. The app is very easy to navigate. Communication is good and delivery is fast.

I was impressed, pleasant guy that delivered the order, fast delivery and the tracking app is fantastic as you can see each time one of your items are placed in the trolley. Great service overall

The only thing that could be better is that all items are between 50 cents to $1 more expensive then woolworths directly. Even items shown on special. I know this because i was comparing as i was adding them.

I literally had to take items out of the trolley due to this extra amount adding up and will get from woolworths directly.

As its my first time delivery was free were usually you have to pay. I am unsure what that fee is but overall it makes it too expensive to use all the time which would have been great as they were good.

Also secondly some items have reward points but i did not get, i had to keep asking which was annoying. Eventually milkrun provided the points in good faith thankyou

Delivery fee is significantly cheaper than competitors and there’s always delivery within 30-40mins or an hour. You don’t have to pick slots for the next day (unless you have to) or rush to choose your items because your spot expires. It’s simple and convenient!

I love the concept, but my location the app only uses the smallest ‘corner’ store sized Woolworths for its product selection - despite the fact there is a very large Woolworths closer to my home. I am a celiac and as such the smaller Woolworths has next to nothing gluten free that I need for either convenience food or to cook larger meals. Why not get the drivers to go to the larger stores with a fuller range. It’s very frustrating. I now use DoorDash instead as it goes to the large Coles near my home.

I’m sick of using Uber and DoorDash to deliver stuff from Coles as it’s always expensive on the app currently a 30 pack of Coke is $26 at Coles right now but on the Uber app they’re charging me $50 and because a lot of the Uber drivers do not give you receipts you cannot fight it to get the extra money back they just take it so please find a way to get it out here quicker

I have to say the fact that I was able to use a free delivery because I was not bothered leaving the house that day I used milk run was pretty good if you follow the app you can see your shopping get done and it Tracks on how your shopping is coming along it even said it might be delayed but that’s ok it saved me time while I was studying leaving the house and coming back again I found it convenient and definitely will use again. I didn’t have wait for a time slot at all! I got my delivery within two hours. It even gives you the name

I have tried the app many times for the convenience but the experience is anything but when issues are encountered, which is ALL OF THE TIME.

My local store in Woolloomooloo is clearly useless and accurately and timely filling orders. If a product is unavailable they just don’t deliver it, even for a loaf of bread (my experience today) when there are literally hundreds of other substitutions.

The drivers often say that they have arrived at the store and the delivery was not ready, which is why the estimated delivery time gets pushed back, and back, and back each time I have ordered.

Today a severity 1 issue - an error displayed when placing an order, no record of the order and yet the money was debited - that is unacceptable. As a result, as most customers would do, I placed the order again and of course the same error but now I’ve been double charged. I had to call staff to get it corrected.

These are unacceptable issues for a company owned by a billion dollar conglomerate.

Easy to use app that absolutely delighted me.

I needed a few items and a drive to the store usually takes me around an hour round trip.

I ordered on MILKRUN and within 28 mins the driver was out the front with my delivery.

Easy to navigate app, payment process was quick and easy and the groceries got delivered when they were supposed to. The tracking was brilliant, with you being able to see when the items had been picked. Will definitely be using this awesome service again 😊

I tried out Milkrun on their introductory offer of no delivery fee and bonus points. Easy to use app with substitutions optional. Most regular Woolworths stock available. Very quick delivery with great communication about progress of the order. Still waiting for the bonus points.

I had a really hard day yesterday and didn’t get to get my groceries from shopping. Came home, had a cuppa and breathing session. Tried to get milkrun app but my brain didn’t cooperate, called up and had a great guy guide me step by step to install app, organise my payment cards to phone and helped with starting my order. Excellent customer service! Thankfully! I actually ended up getting most of my needs and some great specials. More than I thought I could. Delivered to my door in 42mins , it was after 5pm and I was sure it would take an while due to time of day but 41 mins… dingdong!

All packed carefully especially my bread which I am fussy about. Highly recommend Milkrun and will be using them regularly now and avoiding the hassle of supermarket shopping with the grandkids in tow!

Never had an issue with the app. Very easy to use. Great for my elderly mum to be able to just quickly order. Always arrives in under an hour. Always arrives in perfect condition. Great for when you are in the middle of something like cleaning the house or doing homework to not be interrupted and have to leave the house, when you need something. Delivery is only $5 - first three deliveries were free. Minimum spend $20. Works for us !!!!

I keep going back to Milkrun because it is cheaper, faster and friendlier than any other delivery service. I can also get ready made meals or meals that need little to no preparation and this saves us a lot of time. All items are fresh and carefully handled, just as I would treat them. The app is friendly, fun and accurate tracking.

So happy with my first order! Suffering from a contagious stomach bug I needed icy poles and bread. Easy to order. I had a payment issue (my bank was the issue not MILKRUN) and the help desk was friendly, curious and helpful. The delivery was prompt and the driver was happy to drop the parcels at my door rather than get too close to my germs. He was kind and friendly too. I’ll be using this service much more often!

My life can be quite hectic at times and, to be honest, I don’t really enjoy going to the shops after work. I trialled MILKRUN when I heard about the 3 free deliveries. It was a game changer!! The groceries were there in just over 30 minutes, prices were on par with the supermarkets and the delivery fee ($5 after you have used the 3 free ones) was very reasonable. It has made a HUGE difference to how I shop! I love it 👍

I loved using MILKRUN for the first time, they arrived 3 minutes early and followed instructions. I will definitely use this again as it enables me to receive groceries from Woolworths instead of using Coles on Door Dash where they always seem to get my order wrong. Just loved how easy it was for me to use the app.

First order. It took a while for our delivery guy to locate us as the app was sending him to different addresses while delivering. He was on the other street for 20mins so I have to message the guy and show him the proper location from Google maps.

My order today, the driver was handing us a different order for a different customer and he told us that he was given the wrong bag by Woolworths. We refused the order and tried to call or chat the MILKRUN support via the app but couldn’t get to any one. Support should be available readily for delivery apps. I have to wait for an email response now and we didn’t have our groceries too.

I probably will not use this service ever again.

The app itself works perfectly. My issue is with the fact that since WW bought Milkrun they’ve literally ruined it. Such a flop. No more friendly person on an eBike, no more cool, interesting products unavailable elsewhere, no more speedy delivery. Think of all of the most generic, boring items and then imagine them getting delivered at a huge markup, by an unhappy (probably Uber) driver, in an highly unpredictable time frame. Pointless, boring, ruined. The marketing team have done a truly awful job trying to replicate the tone of the marketing, which is none of my business but just adds insult to injury. Milkrun used to always give you a treat like a mars bar with delivery, last week with a WW Milkrun we got a free pack of wheat crackers with a ‘this ones on us!’ sticker on it - like, what do you mean? That’s not a treat, it’s a burden. A waste.

App seems slower than before it was with Woolies, harder time removing items from carts is they aren’t in stock. But mainly, the deliveries are no longer on bikes (they might be working towards carbon neutral) but I feel they’ve lost a bit of what made Milkrun special before. I used to use it a lot but not anymore.

We have a new Woolies Metro opened up a few suburbs away and yesterday I took MILKRUN for a spin. In 20 minutes I had my online shop sorted so I placed an order for ~$90… within 35 minutes I was unpacking it! The pricing is good and the fresh produce was excellent. I’m converted… it is SO much easier than either Woolies or Coles online shopping tools. Thank you MILKRUN!!!

Honestly not a great app. First I had to contact them as 3 of my Apple Pay cards wouldn’t work. That was resolved and then when I was looking through, almost everything is priced up way more than it is in the physical shop(expected but wow the price was crazy) Then after placing my order at 4.08, the ETA jumped up by 53 minutes! My original ETA was 4.42 but in the end I didn’t received my groceries until 5.38 which was almost an hour later. Honestly don’t waste your time with this app if you have kids you need to feed quickly!

I love everything about Metro60. Great for people like me who suddenly realise they have run out of coffee, milk and chocolate! Delivery always within the promised 60 mins (usually a lot quicker than that). No problem using the App - I usually just throw in items I have previously purchased so super quick but search function is also good. My favourite grocery delivery service.

I used Metro60 yesterday for the first time - great experience, free delivery as I ordered $40 worth of groceries, and delivered in 15mins. 5 stars for yesterday's experience.

Today the app is changing to Milkrun with a $5 delivery fee (yes I understand the first 3 deliveries are free). This is disappointing, the groceries are already overpriced, it was nice to know that the delivery fee was previously (only yesterday!!) absorbed in the cost of the groceries.

I was planning on using Metro60 regularly. Not anymore.

As a new mum, I’m obsessed with this app. I can get groceries delivered in under an hour for only $5. That’s so valuable to me. I’ve found it so easy to use, and so much better than regular online shopping which you generally have to get the next day for the double the delivery fee!

So happy that I can access super fast delivery on grocery items that I don’t have to leave the house for. I was extremely happy with the choice available to me. Of course it isn’t the whole range (I saw some people complaining) but the essentials are here, and obviously enables the whole process of delivering within 1 hour. My groceries arrived within 45 minutes, they were fresh and hot, and let me have some healthy food without having to see another human. WIN! Shout out to whoever the lovely person was who popped a surprise chocolate into my delivery. Lunch dessert bonus. Yum! 🥰

Downloaded it for the promotion… but I’m not sure what this app’s target market segment is…

for really busy people that already know what they want, this app does not offer “in stock” filter on search results; for someone who likes browsing, there are very limited options+small fonts+ no real “specials” filters.

In conclusion, not so user friendly as the original Woolworths app which I use every week.

App is so buggy I couldn’t even place order.

Terrible app. Clearly not ready for wide use. I kept receiving an error message when trying to add items to cart. I gave up and tried to check out with what was in cart and after entering all my details the ‘confirm’ button would not work. I closed the app and re-opened, only to make it worse. It told me my cart was empty but the icon down the bottom still had my items. When I went to add those items again, they were already on ‘1’, despite my cart being empty, so I couldn’t even re-add. I deleted the app and re-downloaded only to have the same issues. Could never place my order.

Good premise for this app, my items were delivered speedily, in good condition to my door. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Prices are not marked up excessively and I appreciated the free delivery.

One item I ordered was not actually available, so the refund for that came back to my account automatically and smoothly within 24hrs- I appreciated that.

However, at least half of the items I wanted to order (in the *already* limited app range) were greyed out as 'back soon'.

I was going to order some more things today, but only 1of the 4 things I need was available, so I didn't bother.

Also the app says that all ingredients are listed for products, but this is only true for some so far, and nutrition information panels also need to be added. Thank you.

I’ve never reviewed an app before but hoo boy. Every single item listed has hidden marked up price s on it from the same products listed in the sand online stores. You’d save so much more money just doing a click and collect or regular delivery order. Why not just be transparent and include it in your delivery and service cost?

Also, all the 5 star reviews here are clearly fake and written by the app developer company, which is such a shonky practice to try and appease the client instead of just focusing on boosting the ratings by improving the functionality and bug fixes. Was hoping this would solve my shopping problems as a new mum, but it’s not a very well thought out solution to release during a time of inflation and rising costs of living.

I found it difficult to place an order in the app as there was a continuous 403 error that would pop up after a couple minutes every time I restarted the app. Still, I eventually checked out and the rest of the process was pretty smooth, even though my 3rd party Uber delivery driver was about 20 minutes late.

Hopefully the app issues are resolved soon. I gave up a few times.

Also, I wish the app accepted everyday rewards.
