Description
Angel Perez had a second chance at a new beginning. After the death of her Aunt Rosie, Angel followed the instructions of her aunt and packed up only a few of her belongings and headed to Florida. Living on the run from a very abusive boyfriend, Jim Davis, Angel lived in fear that Jim would somehow find her. After she revealed her abusive past and fears to Mason, Mason vowed to protect her.

New beginnings
The storyline is spoilt by the screenplay-like dialogue. It has very amateurish gramma. I stopped reading it often, then just skipped multiple paras/pages, trying to follow it as a comfortable read. I was not successful and finally gave up.

Good but...
Great storyline but unfortunately it's pretty badly written. Things kept repeating themselves because of it was in another persons view, the Story jumped around quite quickly and sometimes left me with questions of what happened in between.
For a free book I have no issues with it, it had a good storyline and I did get invested in the characters I'd love to find out what happens next, however with how badly it is written I can't justify spending the money on the sequel, if it was a .99c book I probably would grab it.

Not for me
I really tried to finish this book because I enjoyed the storyline but I just couldn't get past the authors writing style it was like reading to do lists just frustrating and like a child wrote this book.

Dry but interesting
This story was interesting enough for me to finish and make me want to know how it ends. I found the writing somewhat stilted and way too formal. People don't actually talk like that. I struggled through some pages and cringed in others due to some if the corn. A good premise though and held my attention.

Can't get enough!!!
Absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED the first two books in the series. Can't wait for the 3rd. Have recommended this series to many friends. Amazingly well written from both characters views.

Just stop...
I read the first page and I had to put the book down. I've read plenty of books with grammatical errors that I ignored but after reading the first page I had the figurative urge to shove a dictionary and thesaurus in the authors face. The first page just doesn't make sense. I could tell what was going on but she just didn't phrase it correctly, it didn't make any sense. In addition to the atrocious illiteracy or the lack of literate sense, the story line is predictable and has been used one too many times before.
