OH NO YOU DIDNT DASHNER

Dashner has just made what might be my favourite book of all time. If I had to choose between the goodness of the trilogy put together and the prequel, I'd go for the prequel. This was all the answers I wanted. I hardly EVER give anything 5 stars. 4 and a half at the most. Which makes this book pretty special. The only teency weency problem I had was the ending.
"Mark."
Ending. I guess theres the epilougue, but still... There coulve been more. Great job though, Dashner. You are worthy.

Ok

Not a bad book, but unlike other young people's fiction, obviously a kids' book.

Useless prequel

Don't get wrong, The Maze Runner is my favourite series ever but this is just a stupid prequel. When there is a perfectly good series, leave it alone. Don't make a prequel or another one. Especially when everyone's favourite character dies in the latest one *cough cough* Newt.

Great!

Bit disappointed about the characters at the start, but the ending was awesome. Such a sweet thing.
And the epilogue! That was amazing! Just a small bit of information - so effective. Loved it.

👿

You don't even get to know the characters the Toad, Misty, and Darnell because they die at the very beginning! Quite disappointed!

Unsatisfying, annoying prequel

The Kill Order is a prequel to the Maze Runner trilogy. While I love the atmospheric tone of the novels, I found this one unsatisfying. There's not enough detail into what happened with the world, it was predictable and the same thing kept happening to the protagonists, like James Dashner ran out of ideas of how to keep the story going. It's an okay read, but it's definitely not the best
