Great book, not a fan of romance yet still found it impossible to put down. Wasn’t going to read the other books but the way the story ended, I just have to continue. God dammit I’m hooked!

Oh my gods, I loved this book! I honestly was a bit sceptical because I’ve heard both good and bad things about Fourth Wing, but this book was amazing! I love the characters - especially Xaden and Violet together - the storyline, the plot, and obviously the plot twists. I cannot find one single thing I didn’t like about this book, and there was actually a little more spice than I expected, but overall, this books is a masterpiece, and I can’t wait to read Iron Flame, because I need to know what happens! This book was an instant 5 out if 5 stars for me.

Fast paced. Unputdownable.

I could not put this book down, it had me hooked from Chapter 1. Absolutely loved the characters and the romantic tension. Excellent read , thanks

Totally immersing from page 1 great read.

I love the characters and the way the story is built around them (I laughed, I cried, I was a little embarrassed at times reading this on public transport too) however I truly couldn’t stop reading and can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

I love escaping into a new world and this book left me feeling as though I was living in it. Brutally honest about my love for this story.

Well written with just enough fantasy to hook you in. The characters are constructed really nicely, the plot has a few twists and turns - overall a great page turner.

This book is amazing! I got it April 3rd and haven’t been able to put it down ever since.

I am a huge fan of fantasy genre books with dragons, so this book was a must-read for me. I especially loved the spicy chapters with tension between Xaden Riorson and ‘Voilence’ Sorrengail.If you are considering getting this book, I strongly suggest that you should. You won’t regret it!

Thoroughly enjoyed it!

This book isn’t bad but it isn’t good either, it has moments that are gripping and interesting, but on the flip side of that it takes almost every fictional trope and rolls them into one novel. I found it very hard to read, the writing really isn’t good and has a lot of plot holes, it’s almost as if no one proof read. Im not trying to drag this book through the mud as it has its place and that place just wasn’t for me.

Don’t read much at all but now I’m addicted! Just downloaded the next one

I have not read a book this good in a very long time. The storyline is thrilling, I could not put it down. It’s incredibly well written, with a lot of thought and detail.

I am not someone that typically reads fantasy books, but this book was truly something else. I would love to see it made into a Netflix series - but it would need to be well made, this book is too good to made into anything less than the best. Can’t wait to read the next book.

I came here from Ms Maas and this certainly didn’t disappoint. Absolutely amazing.
