Finally, a book that breaks it down into really simple steps. Having been confuddled beyond comprehension by all the fad diets and workout plans that change every month, I have now found a book that busts all the myths and gives me a detailed and well explained plan of action that I can easily implement. Not only is it an informative read, but Michael Matthews is clearly dedicated to helping those with health and fitness goals, as he responded to my emails with questions about his program almost immediately. Finally a book that isn't based on pseudoscience! I'm a dietitian and ex personal trainer who has become jaded reading nutrition and fitness books that are based on opinion or an unqualified's own agenda. Mike offers straight forward advice based on research. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to hit their health and fitness goals without ridiculous diets or long slogs in the gym.

Love love love the books and I am one week into the program and starting to see the changes in my body and my attitude. Thanks Mike for making this possible through your books. Information and how it is presented, broken down and explained is super informative and endearing. Somehow Mike is brilliant at making you feel like he is a mate at the gym giving you advice...
