Since paying for the ‘MacArthur study notes’ I have found it a very valuable resource particularly during our Bible Group meetings. As a number of translations are used the reference notes help hone in on what the passage is saying. Other relevant Bible verses being available by clicking on the reference saves a lot of time.
Now I realise why my son could always come up with the answers after being at TMS, faster than others within our Bible study group which includes two retired pastors!
He had the app notes.

Hi. I have downloaded the app. Registered but can’t move past the sign in, which takes me to my account but I can’t get into the study Bible at all. HELP

Great content but display issue
Love this as a Bible reading companion, often has answers to my questions about the text.
Just upgraded to IOS17 on iPhone 12 and the top menu for changing book/chapter is behind the speaker/camera at the top of the screen. Some adjustment needed to the display for compatibility?

Great app help fix needed
The app works mostly well , but the it keeps resetting to Revelation 22 , is that a secret message from jmac or is it a glitch , should I devote my entire life to that chapter or the whole bible ? Only yo7 can help. Please fix it before I run out of coffee

Great App But…
The only thing that I wish the developers would improve with this app concerns highlighting. When you highlight a text, the page automatically jumps from the current page/view to the top of the page or previous chapters.
Please fix the app so that when you highlight a verse, the page and view stay fixed and doesn’t jump to previous chapters or to the top of the page.

Good, content, but unacceptable flaws exist. I will revise this review when they are fixed. Also disappointed that notes seem only based on the E.S.V. and would like to see an adaptation for the K.J.V. Included. After all, MANY people use the K.J.V.

iPhone 12mini doesn’t fit

I like the app and am a subscriber, but after I downloaded this app on iPhone 12 mini, I can’t use it anymore, the size doesn’t fit and I can’t choose the chapter, please fix it so I can keep using it, thanks

the bible app is so helpful to me each night me and my little ones read some chapter and i make it appoint we read Psalm 23 first my kids ages 5 and 4 I wanted to introduce at the early age the Words of God and I’m so thankful to Grace to you app

Rare insight and truths to God’s Word.
It is beautiful see a man of God, been able to get to the heart of God’s Word and bring light to His Word so we do not need to be in the dark. Thanks and praises to Our Lord Jesus Christ for this man.

Tried many and this is the best by far
Tap on the verse and it references other verses that deal with the same subject or place or concept or teaching. God can then teach you his word by using many parts of his holy scripture at the same time. Maybe other study bibles have this but this is really easy and for $10 you can download all John Macarthurs life time of bible study notes cross referenced as well. BTW the bible itself is free so not a money grab by any means. God Bless

iPad app crashes
This is a phenomenally helpful app. I recommend it continually.
However after the latest update, the iPad app crashes before it opens up. (My iPhone app works just fine)
Would love to have this up and running again.

Latest update crashing app before startup!
I love the app, but I'm afraid I'm going to be missing out on the new daily devotionals because after this latest update, the app crashes before it even loads up! Please fix soon! :)

Good app
The app is a good research tool great for cross referencing and study , slight down side and I hope it is my iPad , the app occasionally hangs than resets itself , I'm sure the team will sort it out , would be great to include a Greek interlinear down the track the revised version of this app still has an issue where in resets back to rev 22 does anyone else have this issue
