Description
Remote-enable your workforce with 3CX. In combination with 3CX installed at your office or hosted in the cloud, this app allows you and your team to use your office extension from anywhere. After installing the app, scan the QR code shown in the 3CX welcome email (subject: Welcome to 3CX!) or in the web client.
Important read: This app is only for use with 3CX V16 and is not a standalone app.

Doesn’t let me answer calls.
Everytime I try to answer the calls they get disconnected. Have to then call the person back again. Pretty poor.

Fix the update
The new update is a mess and needs fixing ASAP. Working from home is now more important than ever and you cannot transfer calls!!! Makes our business look unprofessional!!!

Cannot transfer calls
Please fix this immediately. Especially WFH we rely on this app to answer client calls and direct them to the relevant people in the office. Both “att transfer” and “blind tansfer” do not work the same day it did prior to the update. Instead it puts parties on hold and doesn’t transfer the call through. Fix immediately please.

Best version yet
I have been sceptical about the 3CX mobile app until now. This one works like a charm. No matter where I am, I can be reached from my office. ( Some might think this a disadvantage 😀)
The new “push” feature has made the app more valuable than ever on an iPhone Well done 3CX I now only need to carry one mobile device.

todo: fix contrast
In either normal or dark mode, the top result in any contact search is highlighted by a shade almost identical to the text so that the top, or only, hit appears hidden as if apparently that contact is not there and my users keep reporting missing entries in the contacts list until I tell them about this issue.

Amazing App
As with most people I am working from home but I husband is still going into our warehouse. With this amazing app I can still help answer the phone, transfer calls etc. I absolutely love it

This app doesn’t support ios unless the app is open on your phone all the time, which is not possible.

Ideal for international travellers
Firstly, the one problem with 3CX is not being able to process +E164 numbers for standard Australian numbers.
On the other hand, it is wonderful to run 3CX client on my mobile and receive calls anywhere in the world on 3G/4G/LTE, WiFi etc. and all at local call rates... literally a mobile extension.

Not bad but not good either
Good app to use, very handy to be able to dial out via our landline number, but phone calls are so slow, no matter how many bars of reception you have you could be at full or low and the talk lag is ridiculously slow. would be great to see a fix.

This app completes the solution.
For years I carried a second mobile phone and was forever dialling feature codes or changing profiles to get calls through to my mobile, not to mention the call charges associated with doing it. Now with 3CX and a small amount of mobile data I’ve ditched the second mobile and have total freedom where and how I take my calls, all conveniently routed through the office. This app is a significant business requirement for me now and a serious productivity tool.

Awesome phone app
The 3CX phone app for the Apple iPhone has been a great benefit for our staff to remain part of the company phone system no matter where they are travelling either in Australia or around the world.
Very simple to use, but still powerful on features delivered to users.
Also the fact the this app comes free with the 3CX phone system is such a beneficial cost saving over opposition solutions.
Highly recommended.

Very serviceable app
Pretty good VoIP app that can answer calls in the lock screen, but could definitely do with a couple of improvements:
1. Change the ringtone! It's stuck on iOS 3
2. Give us a chat icon on the main screen. This feature is hidden/buried away.
3. Support multiple accounts simultaneously!

Disappointing
I did not receive the welcome email allowing the app to be configured after upgrading iPhones. Request for additional email to be sent was also unsuccessful. Disappointing.
