Can’t sort results.

The app works and does what it says it will do, but when searching for something particular there is no way to sort the results! I have tried a few times to look for something specific and have given up. For example, we wanted to go on a holiday to Queensland and I started scrolling through all the deals that weren’t relevant to me trying to find Queensland hotels and ended up just going somewhere else to buy accommodation. Cheap prices but a bit time wasting...

As an app it works but it would far more useable if there was a mapping feature. As it is offers are randomly served up that could be upwards of 100km away from you, and sometimes even more.

App does not allow me to stop receiving notifications.

I receive a lot of email from Cudo which is really annoying. I tried to unscubscribe from their mailing list and it turns out I need to do in the app. However, the app just simply does not allow me to change it and where I flip the bar to “not receiving notifications”, it flips back automatically. This is extremely annoying!!

Lots of emails and unsubscribe doesn’t work!

When you press unsubscribe it just opens the app. When you then navigate to opt out of notifications it won’t allow you to do so. You swipe to opt out only for it to toggle back on its own. So I have to make emails as spam. This app is a monster spammer! Do not download!

Had a password issue that normal reset via app or www could not fix. Ie. reset password correctly but yet no access.

If you have this problem email cudohelp otherwise you will be very very frustrated.

Waste of time downloading this app and it is a waste of valuable space. Cannot login despite changing passwords multiple times. Support appears non-existent as no response received. Don’t bother!

It defaulted to Perth location. So if it could use the location settings, this would be great.

I love the image sizes, but it cuts off a lot of the text, so you can't read completely what the deal is.

User friendly

The app is clean, smooth and easy to use. I did notice a few images missing in the display pictures of some of the adverts, but when I clicked onto one of the blank images, it does load the offer, including the images. When returning back to the main screen, the display picture is still blank. Perhaps it could be my smart phone or a bug.

You might want to highlight the subheadings or make them a bit bigger as it took me a while to notice that there were other fields to choose from such as shopping and experience sections.

Otherwise it's a good looking app! ☺️
