It’s ok could be better

I find it has a few issues , clock on doesn’t work properly that’s happened a few times , if employer puts in a personal leave or annual leave on my behalf there’s no notification of this , also I have a notification showing up on app icon click on app and open it , absolutely nowhere to be found and yes all permissions are set to allowed in phone settings, another issue I clock on at 6:30 am every morning yet app has on quite a few occasions clocked me on at 7am , nowhere in app to claim 30 minute lunch break and also nowhere to click and say I didn’t have a break , at times people are too busy to stop for a break so there should be an addition to the app that we can click on and claim no break , to be honest if you are a time keeping app this shouldn’t be just for the employers it should be fair for all , because I have not actually taken a 30 minute break since I started working for my company and unable to claim it that’s a loss of money to me 42 hours of unpaid money in total , if this is a PROPER time keeping app then make it proper for employees not just for employers ., you should be covering all aspects of time keeping not just what you think you should .

Things to be fixed

When I am in the app I tap on The learn more circle icon with an “i” it just flickers and then disappears you cannot read it.

Secondly, when you try to print out a payslip or download it on the app it doesn’t let you. I figured the app was supposed to make things easier but yet it somehow just makes things not easier and it’s really sad to see that the app is not getting any updates by the looks of it but I could be wrong. I’ve only been using this app for about three months roughly but I’ve noticed it’s just not helping me and I’ve had to resort to using Safari or Google Chrome and then going onto the website and logging in if I want to download my payslips or print them out, which just doesn’t seem acceptable because why have an app in that case. If these issues could be addressed, that would be great, and if I spot any more, I will happily point them out.

What a junk box

This app is TERRIBLE you have to constantly restart it as it comes up with nothing just a white box. You can only look at last weeks hours if you go back you can’t go forward you have to restart it all over again.

If you move around to other pages again you have to restart. You seem to have a lot of fake reviews saying it a great app but that’s far from the truth as where I work a lot of people can’t stand it. Why don’t you put effort into it and make it decent.

During this time the organization through this app has been wonderful, it's very practical to know your working hours and so you can organize your week, plus it allows you to see all your payslips easily, it's really great to have Microkeeper

Very handy for contacting payroll!

Love using this app for work! Makes it so easy to clock on and off at the beginning and end of shift by enabling us to log on to the pc. Love the fact that if I forget to do this there’s a really simple option to email payrol from within the app and I always get a speedy response as a result! Rostering is easy to view although sometimes it does glitch when going from one view to another but all in all a really good app for payroll related stuff!

Very convenient

I have used this for years, it has a multitude of benefits, you can view your own individual shifts, full rosters and all your payslips and group certificates are stored in the one place as well. Microkeeper makes it very easy to request any type of leave from your workplace and notifies your employer of any requests for shift changes you have so there’s no confusion or mistakes. Ultimately providing a hassle free and efficient rostering app for businesses.

Feature

Microkeeper has got many best features but I feel there is need to fix a particular issue with the app. Some times when we clock off, it gets clock off but it’s very annoying to find out in the next shift that it has not clock off and because of this, it shows zero hours worked in the previous shift. To fix those working hour issues, we had to contact the administration.

Wonderful app, save a lot of time and effort to manage staffs across different sote

I’m new to Microkeeper but it is by far the best app I’ve used to manage everything to do with work. I like how it’s so easy to navigate and easy to view your payroll on the app rather than searching for it in your emails. I especially like that you can access it on other devices as I’ve been having problems with my phone where I normally use it on. Logging and in out of work has never been faster using this software and I’m super pleased with it. Microkeeper is fast and efficient and I will continue to use it and suggest it to others.

Two in one!

I have been using it for more than 1 years and may more to go. This is the best for employer to create, update, edit and add roster, timesheet, payslip, certificates. In addition, the other features includes clock in and out, message to employer, write note about missing hours, communication, leave request and others. I strongly suggest to use it and take a advantage of it.

Easy to use but roster needs expanding

So easy to use. Have been using July 2019.

Easy to see payslip and rosters.

Would suggest being able to see all rostered staff on, not just the ones in my department. As our holiday park people can work in different departments and make is easier for shift swap requests.

One stop shop!

We've been using Microkeeper for almost 5 years (since Nov 2015) and it has only gotten better - their developers continue to make enhancements where needed (and they are improvements that MAKE SENSE!) and really take on board the feedback we (as the end user) provides. It is a great platform to integrate with other payroll systems or as standalone (which is how we use it). Importantly, it just works, is simple to use and gives employers and employees open ended access for past payslips, group certificates and financial reports.

I have been using deputy when I was working with the firm an year back. It was then the company switched to Microkeeper, the transition was uncomfortable at the beginning. Improved our business in many ways

After using this app for processing payroll for a few years, we have expanded to utilising rosters, job tracking, multiple rules for each employee and managing off site clocking. This app has saved us even more time and money being able to integrate with our accounting suite.

The mobile app has been easy for employees to use; switching jobs on the go and clocking on/off jobs at job locations has been essential as our business grew.

Support has been quick and friendly every time I have needed that little bit of help making new changes. Their blog is always helpful with upcoming changes and requirements from the government and industry.

It’s okay

I’ve had some trouble with the app so I have to sign in on my web browser. It’s hard to log on sometimes since I work where there is little reception. But overall I think it’s a good site as I can view my roster online and have all my payslips in one spot.

Overall great app

Overall this a a great application. It makes it so easy to see my roster for the week and the coming weeks. It’s also great because at least at my work I don’t have to fill in a physical timesheet I just use my finger print and it’s done automatically saving my hours. Easy also extremely easy to view and download my payslips and request days off. I don’t think the app could do with a face lift but otherwise I’m extremely happy my workplace uses it.

Microkeeper is great but app laking

Microkeeper’s software suite is the best in the business, but the app is just a mobile version of the site, some native functionality would assist especially with remembering login details and switching between accounts.
