Fantastic app, miserably slow.
First off you’re doing great with the app itself it’s mostly fantastic and very well laid out.
My issue however for about the last twelve months is the auto loading of properties.
I.e you type in a partial address and the database loads matching addresses. This takes atleast 45 seconds and sometimes longer than a minute+. One I was trying to search just now is still loading after 2 mins.
I swear this never used to happen prior to the app receiving an attractive visual make over and was super snappy loading a full address list within seconds.
I’m not sure if this is just me, but I’m using an iPhone X, 256, in Brisbane City on Telstra. WiFi or over Telstra makes no difference in loading times. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled with no avail. Understand this could just be me, but frustrating none the less.

Tremendous App
Love it, use it every day. The methodology will never be perfect. Such a great resource, but you really need to get agents to disclose sale prices for the app’s validity

RP Data phone app is fantastic! It would be great if the app was able to email the list of properties, which come up in a search, as one PDF doc. At the moment, once we create a list, the only way we are able to email the properties on the list, is we need to go into each property, click share, and email it off. Thanks.

Errors in the app
Sometimes it does not generate the property report and since recently I can’t not email the report from the mobile phone. If the report is generated, the app just closes if I try to attach the report through email.

Search and suggestions NEVER works!
I'm logged in, and every single time I open it up and start typing NOTHING appears in the "suggested" field, EVER!??
What is the point of this app it does nothing!??
Spend more time opening/closing and getting angry than finding what it is I want before I get upset and just use a PC.
And what's with not recognizing or auto understanding (like the rest of the internet worldwide) whether it's a street, road, avenue etc.
Sometimes I don't know what I'm looking for and it doesn't realize or show a certain street when searching from PC, even though there is only a "road" or "avenue" with that exact address in that exact suburb? Really?? It can't figure out or suggest what you were looking for??

Great app
Use this all the time when appraising properties. The new update has changed how the “similar properties’ renders. It used to show the property in question to the left of the comparisons but now it doesn’t, please revert to the way it was. I’m sure this is an oversight but it’s a feature which was very useful. Other than that it allows me to vastly reduce the amount of paper I would normally waste😉

GREAT PRODUCT YET THEY ARE A MISERABLE COMPANY
All the tools an agent needs in one place
The functionality simple and easy to use
Layout of documents produced magnificent
Sadly the drawback is their opinion of their own value. To charge what they do for a membership yet only allow 10,000 database download per month is cheap.
I use their services today as the office I am with has the subscription yet if ever open my own business, Pricefinder will be the service I will subscribe to.
Watch out RPDATA Pricefinder are as good as you today, a fraction of the cost and unlimited data.
Enjoy being the Telstra of the property analysis as long as it lasts, the unlimited data alternatives are going to do you in the end as what has happened to Telstra.

App crashing
The app crashes on me everytime! I have installed all updates and removed the app and redownloaded twice but still doesn’t work.

Always seems to crash
It always seems to crash for me. I’m sick of it failing on me when I’m midway through looking at something and I have to then drive home and try to look at it on my desktop computer or sit fiddling with it trying to find where I was up to by Resubmitting the search and then scrolling back to where I was up to, all the time hoping the screen doesn’t suddenly go black and disappear on me, yet again.

Hit and miss
The app is great when it works, but a lot of the time it crashes or won't load. All day today I cannot generate Suburb specific reports and it's little issues like this that commonly happen that makes me lost confidence with it.
I love its potential but it's such a hit and miss at the moment!

Frustrating
This application is frequently dropping off the data when you least expected - unable to generate the suburb reports on a regular basis! Please have the same function in the computer, at least there is a backup to generate the same report.

Useful but very buggy
Lots of issues like not even being able to search for an address and pick one from the dropdown menu just gives an error saying it can't find the address when clearly it can as it's displaying it. I feel it just hasn't been tested well and the data you get feels limited which limits the value of the app. I can get most data from other websites for free without paying.

I am using this on an iPad Air 2, for the record.
The content of the app is only "not bad", because quite often valuation estimates come up as unavailable on a standard search, yet the estimate is produced in a property report.
Operation of the app is the biggest problem. It crashes out to the operating system frequently, from pretty much any screen. Last time before I wrote this, I had simply tapped on a property in a search list, nothing too taxing I would not have thought.
I wanted to rate the app at 2.5; worth more than 2 but not as high as 3.

Interesting App
Valuations can be very volatile on some properties in my suburb the valuations have changed by 20% down over a week and then +10% the next week. Possibly methodology is struggling to keep up with a rapidly rising market but we see property sell well above the range of high confidence frequently.

You need to update the app to ensure it works with the iPad Pro 12.9. iPad pro's are designed for work and it's a shame it doesn't work with this machine.

Great App! Use it regularly throughout the day at work
Love this app. Use it for a multitude of purpose in my daily job writing home loans for a bank. Don't know what I would do without it. The iPad and iPhone apps are heaps easier to use than the full website, however the full website has more options if needed.
