My Emploer has not activated mobile plus for my plan but I cant log in on Desktop because I can't get past the mobile app auth???? I know my log in details so why is it forcing me to use this app when I can't!

EquateMobile is the companion app for EquatePlus, the equity compensation platform offered by Computershare and Equatex, part of the Computershare Group.
The app provides an easy-to-read overview of your equity compensation plan(s)’s value and performance, and a comprehensive overview of all relevant and plan-related events. You can enter and manage trades, and access your elections, documents, statements and agreements.
Download our app today and login immediately. Use the same user ID and password you use for the web application, EquatePlus. If you need help, you can contact us 24/7 – phone numbers are available in the app or through EquatePlus.
Requirements:
• Your employer, or the company your equity compensation plan is with, must have authorized use of the mobile app as part of their agreement with Computershare or Equatex.
• You have logged in to the web application, EquatePlus, and have a valid User ID and password.

No shareholding statement
There doesn’t appear to be any way to generate a current shareholding statement like other platforms can such as Computershare. Nor any detailed historical information on what makes up the portfolio.

Authentication failed
Since the last update I can’t log in into the app, making it completely unusable.

The app no longer recognises my credentials since the last update. Effectively makes the app dead.

Used to work
Can’t login, says my details are incorrect and then it won’t let me change password. When I enter the temp password, it boots me out due to inactivity? Seems to have started around the last update.

App is complex and unreliable
The app is complex and does a very poor job of supporting the share program it replaced. There is no ability to easily select vested/matched shares to sell, this resulting in risk of forfeiting company matching shares.
Verification codes are unreliable resulting in transactions being blocked and personal losses due to in ability to sell.

What a great app to be able to track what has been until now quite a complex share purchase scheme to understand. Well done to the team who pulled this together.

Can’t log in
Can log in on website but can’t on this app. It just sits loading forever after filling in login details & clicking log in
