I keep getting directed to the App Store for an upgrade, but the App Store is not identifying an upgrade is required. Have restarted my iPad, but may have to give the app up as I can’t continue.

Update Not Working
The game is great. Latest update not downloading. A suggestion would for completed quests move to the bottom of the list. Quests not completed or waiting to merge should show first. Extremely difficult to move through and locate those waiting to be merged.

My favourite game
I have played this game for about six years, I like the graphics, they are much more pleasant than other games I have tried. I like the variety within it - different kinds of puzzles, always a new location every month and always side events to choose from. I don’t have time to play all the events but they’re there if you find yourself with more time to play. The game encourages giving to each other so players can help each other. If you want to be more social you can join a guild and chat to other players, and you can play more competitively if you’d like to in guilds as teams against other teams.

Extreme Price hike REGULATE YOUR PRICING SAME PRICE FOR ALL
Played the game since close to the start .in the past 4 months for no reason my in game purchases sky rocketed .Why are prices “automated/AI projected” via one’s personal purchase history & supposed “activity(really just purchasing within the game) that ups the prices to extremes for the same items that were previously a quarter of the price ? It does not “better ones game experience “ to inflate prices for one player ,while others prices for the same items are at the low rate ! Why differ the price at all ..it should be a flat rate pricing for all .It is descrimination and violates the rights of the player/consumer to use one’s personal purchase history for financial gain , which is exactly what’s happening .its taking full advantage especially of the long term player that plays more than others might …I want the low price that it always was , not these ridiculous prices…doesn’t make it enjoyable for ,not only to include ruby spending in all new events , but also then inflate the prices of other items because of “activity” ( purchase) .There are many complaints across social media about differing prices for different players …my question is why and why do you not fix this ? All it does is makes the player your taking advantage of want to quit the game …sad , I loved this game but recently since the price hike and purchases in everything , not so much .on the verge of leaving at a very high level and many years of playing ….please make it fair for ALL. FAR too many interruptions! It is enjoyable, but there are FAR too many annoying interruptions for deals and etc to make it worthwhile. Great game but…
I loved this game and was very involved in it, but when it came to purchasing access passes for the monthly game, I’d pay and not receive it all. This has happened several times. I’ve spoken to support who are no support at all, and they have said I did receive them. I’ve gone in and checked how many access passes I have before purchasing so that I could calculate how many I will have after purchase. You are wrong and have taken my money but not given me what I paid for. This has happened several times. I won’t play anymore.

Good time waster
Loving this game so far. It’s great to pass time and engage your interest. Most seeks are quite easy but some are challenging. I don’t understand the ‘story’ but just bounce around doing the challenges. Like any game you either wait to earn energy, you win small amounts or you buy energy. It’s not rocket science & not worth a whinge about.
Ultimately a great game to pass the time but it isn’t what I’d call a ‘staple’ or addictive game

I have given up on this game (at level 125 so given it a fair go) the number of adverts to buy stuff is insane and unbelievably annoying. If you want to spend real $$ to play then go for it, they will love you. But be warned it is over the top and detracts from an otherwise great hidden object game.

Please stop crying animals
Hi, this is one of my favourite games. The rooms are very beautiful and enjoyable to play.
But I find the crying animals when you can’t finish a room or reject a purchase terribly annoying. It’s like a hidden psychological message that is very negative to the player. I would never let a 12 year old play for this reason. Please rethink this tactic to make money. There surely is a better way.

Great game but has lots of glitches. Freezes constantly when I am trying to buy items and have had hundreds of dollars and many rubies lost when purchases are charged but I’ve never received the credits/benefits. Currently game shutting down each time I play a puzzle aside from Treasure Box and lost arrows & clocks. Trying to get it sorted has been a nightmare - no easy avenue to immediately send a request or speak to a real person to help.
Thanks for your response to the overall glitch that you have fixed via update for no doubt millions of players. Did you not want to address my concerns about the lost money and rubies when my game is freezing?

Well designed game
I’ve been playing for over 3 years and enjoy the game. There’s a variety of challenges throughout to suit most players so you can sort of tailor it for your own enjoyment. Join a guild if you are a team player and you can get better rewards. The ads are annoying at times but you have to expect that with a free game. Nice graphics too. Always play with sound turned off so can’t comment on music etc.

Needs improvement
This. Is a good game, however there are several annoying aspects to it. The constant flashing of the precise arrow is incredibly frustrating and shows that the developers don’t really understand the strategy of the game. It would have been wonderful if this had been addressed in the latest update. The steady increase of ads is also an unwelcome intrusion. The guild news feed is always saying there is new stuff when there isn’t. There are some dark and in distinct places to visit that are hard on the eyesight. On the plus side, the latest event is bright and the items are visible. The rewards are good and there is sufficient variety.

Tedious to actually get to playing
The game itself is alright when you actually get to play it. The problem however is the sheer number of adverts for in App Payments the game inundates you with when you load it up so it’s a race to tap the level you want to play before it can shove all these purchase ‘deals’ in your face.
I bought this up with the developers months ago and was told they’d ‘look into it’ absolutely nothing had changed and in speaking with players who’ve been playing longer than I have it seems fairly common for the devs to ignore player complaints if they think they can get away with it. Probably won’t be playing this for much longer because racing against the adverts the app shoves at you is just getting too stressful when I just want something to play to relax.

This game is great and I recommend it for a lot of people, it is good for people who are adventurous and love solving difficult mysteries however at the start it is hard to play with all of the offers popping up I don’t know how to improve that but I must stay it is a bit disturbing another thing is that I don’t think rubies should be so hard to get and need to get money spent to have them I think there should be hard challenges to try and get rubies in the game otherwise than those 2 things it’s a great game and I love it

Great game, excellent content, some tedious challenges
I really enjoy the game, artwork is amazing, particularly the 3D rooms. There is a huge variety of challenges and always something to go to while waiting for energy to revamp. Some challenge require you to go over the same worlds over and over again which can get a bit tedious and sales pop ups get frustrating particularly when you first open the game but all in all it is one of the most enjoyable and satisfying games I’ve played.

More explanation
THis is a good game but more explanation of what the artifacts do and how to use them would be better. I used the talisman to give me 90% chance of getting fixers and collection items only to be frustrated that what you actually get you have already and the one collection item you are waiting for is as ever elusive. My other beef is if you have earned/won/been given a talisman you still have to play for it and pass level even though you have all the row for the prize. What is the point then? Apart from this I do enjoy the game and talking to other guild members

5 star game except the constant barrage of purchase urgings
I’ve been playing this game since it came out. It’s beautifully illustrated, fun and can be addictive.
However, 5 in game adverts IN A ROW trying to convince players to purchase game items is unbelievably annoying, shows how greedy Mytona appear to be and honestly making me consider deleting the game.
The guild play is great and it’s been wonderful meeting like minded players, but at what cost?! All the in game purchases are expensive and before a player realises it, they could easily spend excessively.
There’s no way this game should be this expensive or players inundated by adverts pressuring them to purchase in game resources.

Amazing game
I have been playing this game for around 3 years now and absolutely love it. I had a break for a couple of months but this is the one game I always come back to. The graphics are fantastic , the fact you come up with a new challenge every month is amazing. Yes there are a lot of things that pop up to buy but you don’t have to if you don’t want to. You can play the game without them, I mostly do and don’t feel I’m missing out. You might finish the game quicker perhaps but that’s not why I play. Having the guilds was a great idea, the challenges are fun. Thank you for such a fantastic game, I love it.

Enjoyable but a little frustrating at times
One of the worst things about the game is the in game pop ups one after the other deal of the day, great deal, another great deal this that then another one…..it’s a little annoying. Also items required to begin playing a special event are too numerous and distributed very sparsely. Takes forever to complete after a while you get bored doing the same thing over and over again.

Great but new locations too easy
I’ve been playing this game for a year and really like it. My participation in guild events has improved my game playing no end, so I love the guild aspect. I’ve even started spending money in game. However I don’t like the last two event locations- Music Hall and Orchard as the scene design appears different to all the others and they are not challenging at all. Instead of the viewer looking at an open, intricate, interesting and complex scene, there is a large object in the immediate foreground (piano, chair) and very little detail in the scene. Please bring back the detail for future events? We’ll get bored if the event locations are too easy. Thanks

The music motivated me to play and the art is fabulous.
What they need working on
Sometime when they have tournament if they give people 3 tries and they lose they will lose everything. They should do after 3 tried to continue the game you have to wait till the tries refill. Let people continue what they left off would be fun and motivate people to come back and continue the game.

Fun but also aggravating.
So much fun chasing all the hidden items, but the frequency and intensity of the in-game offers is very annoying and a big turn-off for almost everyone in my Guild. Developers should realise that persistent interruptions will lead to players leaving. Also, the nearer I get to the targets each cycle, the smaller the number of access passes I seem to get. Apart from those two things, there is a lot of fun and satisfaction in finding objects and getting to know each location.

good game, minor issues
Overall gameplay is enticing, thoroughly enjoyable and easy to understand. few minor issues that I personally have are, i couldve been playing the game already for 20mins, and i would get notified happy hour had just commenced, unforntunatel it then only shows I had 12mins left of said hour and i had actually been using my own energy instead of 0 energy. Another issue is how thay bomb you with heaps of ads just as you open the app. They will have about 10 one right after the other, sometimes you just want to play the game without the constant disruptions of adverts

Great game
I am really enjoying this game.
The support from the developers is great, there are new challenges up loaded every month and you can always find something to keep your interest going. The graphics are beautiful and I appreciate the attention to detail and work that is continuously going into it.
Suggested improvements- I would love it if there was someway of finding out how the monthly challenges/quests turn out because I often don’t manage to complete them in time and never find out how they end/how the mystery was solved which is frustrating.
I would also appreciate if they story lines could progress in a more linear fashion, but that may be due to the way that I play and progress through each ‘mini quest’.
Great simple, fun brain training game. Great for memory or for those who frequently can’t find things in real life. 😁.

Fun but annoying
The game is great for a challenge but as other people have said they want you to splash out real money to get more rubies which I think you shouldn’t have to do. They should tell you that to begin with, so practically it’s not a free game (it’s only free to download).
Like the others how do you get friends on here and get the tools to help you win sections? None of that’s explained, they need to do that, so like the others say they need better tutorials and better at explaining things.
Otherwise fun and challenging if you get over the frustrating bits and don’t fork out the money for rubies-not worth spending theemoney (I didn’t, I just get them when I level up). Also has way too many unnecessary updates-it asks you to update when you already have-time wasting.

Waste of time and money
Besides the game being full of bugs & glitches which are in every update that players are forced to install, support are useless & not at all helpful!
Mytona is running a scam that players using apple devices are given a massive advantage over players on non apple devices. Support claim offers made to players to buy the necessary rubies needed to play the game are random to every player.
But players on apple devices continually & consistently receive offers to purchase 3 packs of rubies for price of 1 pack whilst players on non apple devices only ever receive offer to purchase 2 packs of rubies for price of 1 pack.
As the rubies are needed for everything in the game anyone using apple products can advance through the game quicker & for fraction of price of other players.
The offers are not random as every player receives a them at the same time every day for same items just better deal for those playing on apple products.

5 years and counting
First time I saw this game I had to have it. I love a good hidden mystery and finding objects game. The game has improved so much since then, and I am really happy about that. Joining the guilds has been really good too. Have some good friends there, and from all around the world 😃. No matter what, this is one game that won’t be deleted from my phone . There is a lot of new quirks that I really like. Keep it up 👍 I am sure I will see even more surprises from you 🥰

It was great but now does not work
I previously rated this game 5 stars but with the recent update the app opens but does not work at all. I paid for the gold rewards in the event and can not play at all. I contacted support and have had no meaningful support. The Facebook group shows that many others are having a similar problem. I would like all the money back that I have spent on a game that doesn’t work at all.

Massively addictive
I loved playing this game, it is super addictive but as you progress through puzzle levels, I found it nearly impossible to solve the Treasure Box and Haunted Lights puzzles. You end up spending all your rubies trying to complete the puzzles so you can progress and to get a decent amount of rubies, you need to buy them via in-app purchase. I have spent way more on this game than I planned to, it is hard not to and that is why I have deleted it, I feel like it is almost a form of gambling and I don’t feel good playing it any more, I feel guilty.

Really fun!
This game is really fun and one of my favourite games yet there are a few things I would like improved. Sometimes I feel like there are so many tasks and I can’t actually focus on the storyline. I still like the events but if they came around less often it might solve that problem. I also wish the energy to come back faster. It benefits the team and players as we don’t have to wait long for energy and you may get more players due to improvement. Please help solve some problems and make this game perfect!

Review
I enjoy playing the game as it’s not easy as I’m a senior and my eyesight isn’t what it used to be, anyway what’s the point of playing if it’s always too easy.
The only problem I have ever had was about a month ago when the game wouldn’t load and the help page said try and reload the game so I went to the App Store and found there was an update which I did but lost an awful lot of rubies and spyglasses, and basically the game started all over again as all locations were locked as well.
Not as if that’s ruined my life, just one of those things. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem.

Love this game
I absolutely love this game however I do have a few issues.
I can never seem to finish events. I play almost every day but I can’t seem to banish enough creatures to finish levels. This is so frustrating.
I also am unable to finish one of my sets because I don’t seem to get any bracelets I need 4 to complete and haven’t even received 1 in the last 5 weeks.
Last issue is I just updated and now I can’t play at all. The game keeps saying I need to check my internet connection but it is fine and working on all other apps. I have switched my device on and off but still can’t play.

Review
I really enjoy this game but there are a few problems:
The collection items should be distributed more evenly around the game. I have found collection items at the Night Street probably fifty times, and the Mosaic five times. I am now extremely bored of the Night Street, and still I am exploring it non-stop.
The collections should be finished quicker. Some locations take far more energy than others to explore, and often I am asked to explore these. This is not an issue, but recently I wasted all my energy on the Mine (one of my least favourite locations, again) and still had to use energy boosters to finally get one collection item. It is especially annoying when the main part of the story has a collection item at a premium location, because if one runs out of access it can take weeks to get it back.
The events finish too quickly. I do not have much of a chance to play the event location (because of access, which is okay but still) and the event stories are one of my favourite parts of the game. When the events finish, maybe you could do what you did with the Ship and Old Square and leave the event there, with less rewards once it is complete.
Finally, the collections are too difficult to find. Perhaps when one is looking for a collection item there can be a “to the collection” button like there is a “to the chest” for some fixers.

Fraudulent charges
Appalling!! I was really enjoying this game until I discovered they have taken over $200 from my account without authorisation. I tapped to make a purchase but it would not connect to iTunes (it would quickly flash in the screen and then do nothing), so I was not able to get the screen to enter my compulsory password and confirm purchase. So I pressed again, same thing. This happened a lot over many weeks. I then also received no email receipt as I normally would so thought nothing of it. Until one day I logged into my account for something else and discovered all these charges. I have been back and forth with their support, originally to report the glitch, then to request a refund, and provided all the information and they are just saying I confirmed the purchase and received them. TOTAL LIES!! This is obviously fraudulent activity and I am prepared to take legal action. My recommendation is DO NOT attempt to make a purchase!!

Love it
The December update has been extremely frustrating. The game keeps booting me out, loses game winnings etc, I cannot play the puzzles as it boots me out every time, the puzzle has stayed the same for weeks now....it has impacted on the side challenges also. Not impressed Seekers Notes.

Love playing it, addictive, fun, sometimes a little too challenging especially the hidden gems etc. May need to look at speeding up the energy renewal or having to use so much energy for some games. I can only play 7 times on a location that costs 85 energy points or more and then have to wait over 24 hours for energy to renew. But I still keep playing🙀

My favourite game
I love this game it is really awesome. I wrote a review last year with a suggestion of being able to give more gifts to friends. I have kept my friends list under a hundred, I have a few friends who gift regular and I would like to be able to give them all a gift back. Increasing the amount of friends you can give gifts too from 10 to 20 would be much appreciated. Other than that it’s just a fantastic game. Thank you.

Great game!
I love the pictures and the look of the game, it’s so well done! I have been playing for over a year on and off and am at level 92. I haven’t had to spend any money on the game yet and you don’t really need to. Accumulating gems and coins is relatively easy. You also get boosters which improve your chances of finding items required, regenerate energy quicker and find collection items to create entire sets. There’s instant energy boosters also and ways of banishing monsters for items and boosters. It’s a really well thought out game and when there are issues technically, MyTona are really good at apologies and gifts of thanks for understanding. All in all a great game with a cool story line mixed with puzzles!

Great game, but.....
The artwork is amazing on this game. I love the pictures. I enjoy the various challenges. But some of the messages one gets after winning a level are immediately covered by an onslaught of advertisements for in-app purchases. The messages appear for 1 or 2 seconds and then disappear, but the ads have to be closed. Is that by design? At least make it so that the messages have to be closed too, so we have time to see our achievements. The ads just keep coming and coming. It’s actually very frustrating and disruptive. There are a few other annoyances, but over all, it’s a really fun game. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the relentless ads trying to get gamers to purchase “a very attractive offer”, etc.

Showing a definition or image
Sometimes it’s difficult to know what something is when your looking for it. I would suggest having the chance to use a reward or something to allow you to see an image of what your suppose to be looking for. For example bird cover- I had no idea what this was, and therefore had no idea what I was looking for, it would have been good to have had a button where you could see what the item was.
I also get confused with all the different challenges and things that you are looking for. I find there’s a huge back story which isn’t really necessary for the game.
The energy is also fast to go, and I’m still trying to figure it out as to how you can purchase more... I have heaps of money, but you need rubies... just seems silly collecting money if you can’t buy energy.

Ok , it's been a year since my last review and I have been playing this game for longer than that...
Just wanted to tell you how I have played the game so far...
I haven't spent any money on it ( yet), you can and that's up to you. The developers have made a game ( in my opinion a great game) in which you can play and continue playing without having to spend money. Choice is yours, they don't force you, in fact the game provides in many different occasions offers to buy rubies and other stuff. Here, I can watch a short video and am rewarded with a ruby sometimes every half an hour and that's awesome ( thanks developers;) )unlike in other games where I have to wait 24 hours for a repeat.
In the game you are the Seeker, and you need to live up to your reputation. And that's what I've been doing, having fun playing, going adventures with the interesting game characters, challenging my memory....and more.
In the time I've been playing , 2 years + I've seen the game grow and the developers improve it ( like clockwork I might add). It's the game, no, The Game, because I still haven't found anything equal to it. It deserves a reward, big one.
So, thank you to the developers and please do continue the great game.😍
P.s. Love the Facebook challenges that you have made, the rewards that follow, love the special effects ( wowed), even my kids love it 😍

Great but too frustrating
The games ideas are great but it uses too much energy to search a building or area. The time to load etc is frustrating when I can only snatch and grab time here and there to play this but I run out of energy too quickly.
Explanations on some things are great but others I don't know what to do with some things - it can be a little confusing.
I do love the challenge of finding things within the time frame and when you can't, the amount of energy used to do it again shouldn't be as much..... that parts expensive.

Love the game but .....

I love the game but it doesn’t take long for the energy to be used up! Often I will look for the challenge that uses the lowest energy to be able to play longer. Some challenges give you energy but it’s unclear when. There is not much explanation on what all the different gadgets mean and what/when to use. Currently I am to scared using anything that could help me because not sure if I ever get those again. How do you earn more tool to help in a challenge etc eyeglass tool etc

Challenging and Addictive
Love the game. I find it challenging and extremely addictive but at the same time find it frustrating because you use up so much energy investigating a room that it doesn’t take long to expend all your energy and then have to wait a reasonable period of time before you are re-energised. Gets a little annoying with the frequency of pop ups to purchase rubies, etc. I also feel that more explanation would be beneficial about what the items you find are for, etc so that these items are used wisely and not wasted accidentally just by trying to find out what they are, where to find them, etc. In general, it’s my favourite game to date and given that I’m not generally a huge games person, this is a huge compliment. Thanks to the developers for providing a challenging game that actually uses my intellect and challenges my memory. Well done!

Seriously Frustrating
I’m on the verge of ditching this app. It punishes me way too much for what it thinks is an attempt to game the system, when really I’m just checking that my tap registered, or am trying to make sense of what I’m seeing. I’m not trying to cheat at all, but am getting punished anyway. I’ve issued many an angry expletive while playing this.
There are several other seriously annoying aspects. Trying to play with the hoarfrost anomaly is almost impossible because swiping either pauses the game or moves the screen (which it would normally do) so aaaaargh!
And I finally got rid of the timeshift anomaly in the wishing well location, only to have it return immediately. Come on!
I’ve tried to get past a particular level in the treasure box and have failed waaaaay too many times. Seriously, set your difficulty level to below impossible.
This could have been a really good game, with its beautiful graphics and the concept, but it’s just too annoying.

Fun but expensive
This app has had me hooked for months now. I enjoy the game allot. It is a little more challenging than other similar games which is great. And visually it is gorgeous.
The only thing I get annoyed with is how expensive the in app purchases are and how many prompts there are to purchase items. The in app special deals are reasonable and I don’t mind paying for them sometimes but there is no way I would the full price for items because they are ridiculously expensive but with patience you can play the game without having to spend too much.

I’ve received the 500 energy I normally would’ve got for reaching rank of “Master” on a location, now to reach Master on another location to see if it’s back to normal 😉 Am now level 188 and very happy to continue to enjoy my favourite game once again. Would like to applaud devs also for removing cheats from leader board for banishments in the last event, don’t see that very often and was very refreshing. Worse and worse - about to delete the game as had enough. Greedy!
When I first started playing this game it was very enjoyable, a great escape when time allowed - it was well planned with the game refreshing at the same time every day, engaging challenges, and promises of new functionality like 'having guilds', while the ridiculously expensive in-app offers were at least balanced by some occasional really good buys for in-app purchases that were fair and 'value for money' - ie. when playing a game like this of course you expect to pay something but it should be fair and reasonable, you should feel like you are at least getting your money's worth NOT that you are being treated like you are stupid. But it seems with the latest few updates the game creator is just getting greedier and greedier - offering less chests for same amount of money (regular players will notice you only get 10 or 15 instead of 25), gone are the occasional great deals of $4.99 or $7.99 which you would only see if you played a lot which if you do you should get more great deals, after 2 years they still haven't delivered promised new functionality but they can make changes that cost players more money for the same or less return on their spending, the refresh so you can visit 'friends' used to refresh at the same time everyday and now it's 24 hours and if you can only play a little each day/sporadically then it's impossible to remember when to go in and tap your friends so that change has really spoiled the game process, and when you play scenes over and over of course no one expects to get collection items evenly but for goodness sakes the developers have made getting repeated collections impossible! Overall I would currently NOT recommend to download this game because it now creates more frustration than enjoyment and when that happens it generally flags the time to DELETE and find an alternative!

The right level of addictive
Love these hidden object games and this is the first one I have come across that lets you play past first level for free! There are a lot of in-app purchase offers that popup perhaps too often, but have found that I can get through the game without having to spend any money on energy by just knowing I can come back to it after the energy reloads.
It's not doing anything the other apps aren't doing in that sense so if you can handle that you will love this game!
Great story line and interesting little twists and turns.

Fun but ridiculously expensive
This game is Fun but ridiculously expensive if you want to proceed in the game you need to buy rubies and other items but the prices are far too high!! On rare occasions you can get 100 rubies for $2.99 but that’s very rare and to me also too expensive! I don’t understand why the developers have made it so expensive to play as it is a fun game when you don’t have to purchase anything. I am currently playing regularly but not sure for how long will probably lose interest if developers don’t reduce prices or make it so when you win a game you actually win not have to replay and win the same game several times before getting the prize. It’s a shame really... but enjoying for now.

Frustrating
I love this game, but find it VERY frustrating that quite often you have to play the same level over and over again for no result. When energy for playing regenerates EVER so slowly, and then you have to play the same level over and over (which uses a large percentage of the energy that you have waited for hours to regenerate), it is very disappointing. Get it together guys, either make energy regenerate faster, or stop making us use it all up by having to play the same level over and over again before being able to progress (or preferably both). If the game tells you to explore a location to find the item (other than when a mode or Anomaly is required), then you should only have to explore that location ONCE, not seven or eight or more times.
The Anomaly summoning tools are less than useless, and only make you have to use your dispelling tools, which are not that easy to come by (unless you purchase them). These Anomaly summoning tools would only be useful if you could target which location they are to be used on, otherwise they are anti-productive.
Note to developers: Don't treat people like idiots; your specials for purchasing items that tell us that things are 85% (for example) off, when the original price is well over $100, is ridiculous. What sort of game would ever charge that sort of money for in-app purchases? And I'd dearly love to know if anyone has ever been stupid enough to buy things at their full price! I get that it costs money to develop these games, but don't insult our intelligence!

Interesting and relaxing
This app has many levels of interesting activities. It can help you to chill out for as long as your energy lasts and it recharges in a timely fashion. Continually being encouraged to spend money can be annoying, but it is really up to you the player, as to whether you wish to buy. Would love the option of using some of money earned to purchase too, rather than just rubies. Great game and I’m really enjoying my time playing it.

As usual Greedy Developers
Game is fun and at times extremely frustrating. Constant nags to spend real dollars which seriously detracts from the enjoyment of the game. Just far too much money grabs and at times you feel that the game leads you to a need to spend only to progress. Kind of like 'well if you won't spend real money with us, we will cause difficulty and make you spend'.
The game is well structured, nice graphics and the story line is enjoyable.
My only other beef with the game is the lack of info regarding play strategy. Often you receive items and have absolutely no clue what they are, how they work, where they are found. I clicked on one to try and find out what it did and unwittingly launched it and subsequently lost it from my inventory. Gone just when I didn't need to use it!
Other things like - How do you make friends, how do you give gifts. A prompt keeps telling me I can use tools to solve puzzles quickly? Really, well what the Dickins are those tools?
I'm kind of enjoying the game but not knowing how to play the game frustrates me.
Stop being so greedy and give better instructional tutorials to be able to become adept and engrossed in the game!

Enjoyable but....
I find the puzzles, especially as your level rises, to be incredibly frustrating. The time allowed makes them incredibly tough. This leads to the puzzle having to played over & over again, which leads to enough frustration to give the game away.
Also, it would only be fair if the player is rewarded based on how quickly a task is completed. Something like a ruby for every 30 seconds left on the clock. Collecting coins is easy enough but rubies are hard to come by.
Finally, the rewards received for achievements reached seems too small. At least double them.

Definitely worth trying out
A beautifully executed game, I love the art style and the story. The overall challenge difficulty is fair and the music is very enjoyable to listen to and suites each environment nicely - overall a very addictive game; however one thing that I am noticing is that each time I progress through the game the value of energy used increases, it would be great if there was a fixed energy usage, that’s basically the only flaw I see.

Good game
I enjoy the variety of games, the storyline and the graphics. I only downloaded this to play for a few minutes at the end of my day, hence my character running out of energy quickly doesn't bother me. That said, I can see how it would be frustrating if you wanted to play for longer periods. The continual prompts to purchase resources or connect with friends is the only tedious aspect, along with the long loading periods (although the lovely graphics makes up for that)

Totally love this game, so addictive! From searching stuff, remembering stuff, banishing spooky entities, trading with the locals and trying to figure out smoking mirrors...some residents don't like each other so not sure who's the bad guy(s). Also havent found the FAQ section (not good with technology) so will have to google cos I'm not sure what I'm to do with my collectibles, nor the smartest way to trade stuff. I too would love a bit more time as the levels get harder...it's only fair, isn't it? 😁🤔

Challenging and entertaining
Finding the hidden objects becomes more challenging the further you go. Plenty of variety in the games and challenges to keep you occupied for a while. I am finding it quite addictive. My only grumble is that a lot of the rooms cost a lot of energy to explore. I would a set energy expenditure of, say, 5 units per room so it doesn't run out so quickly. I would also like to be able to buy some of the helpful talismans with coins, not just rubies.
