Description
Keep up to date with when you're working with WFS: Making Work Easy
This app connects to your employer’s scheduling system so that you know when and where you are working.
With WFS you can:
- Keep up to date with new schedules and schedule changes as they're published, so there are no unwelcome surprises.
- Let your employer know when you are available to work and how to contact you, so you don't miss out on shifts.
- Offer to work extra shifts that your manager makes available, boosting your earnings.
- Request and see your time off, so that you can plan your weeks.
This app requires your employer to use WFS for scheduling.
To activate your WFS: Making Work Easy account, please click the link in your registration email.
If you can’t find your registration email, please check your junk folder or speak to your manager.
On first opening the app, use the registration code contained in the registration email.
Note: Some app features may not have been enabled by your employer.

Terrible
If I could give it zero stars I would. I can’t even log in. There’s no option to reset password. When I click “problems logging in” it just says we don’t recognize your email and no options to further help you. Customer service is non existent. Don’t bother.

Worst App ever
I thought I got my password wrong. I have reset my password multiple times because it wouldn't let me log in. But then I used the web version with the same password and it worked. Definitely wouldn't use this if it's not for work.

Unreliable and not optimised
I can log in on desktop but not on phone???
Also iPhone X has been out for 2 years and this app has STILL not been optimised for its display. If I wasn’t forced to use this for work I would have dropped this long ago.

Can’t sign in.
Major problems with this app. Firstly, when you down the app it asks you for a code. What code? Even my manger doesn’t know. I can log in on the website but can’t log in on the app as it tells me it cannot recognise my email or the password in which is the same as I log in on the website. Go figure! Really need to sort this app out big time as it is not useful. Even the staff I work with are having problems as they use the website and NOT the app. So developers what gives and why the problems.

Can't login
Unable to log in for almost a month now. Won't recognise login details or the email address even though I can log in through the website.

Works great, until...
I haven't been able to log into this app for almost a week now. My login is not recognised, and not even my e-mail when I requested help. My co-workers have been experiencing the exact same issue, initially we passed it off as server maintenance, but it's been five days now. Luckily we've been able to work around it for the time being, but it has caused no little amount of confusion and frustration for all of us.

Unable to login
Was working fine and now the majority of my staff (myself included) are unable to use the app for various reasons.
- won't recognise email address to login
- schedule blank despite being roster being published

Useful, but not great
I've been using this app for over a month and it feels pretty clunky. I think being able to see past schedules would also be a good feature.
