Only half way there
As a property manager, if your clients can’t use this app and the online portal is clunky, why bother with this app at all.
The concept might be good on face value, but there needs to be similar support for the end user or this app is pointless.
Update: in the developer response you’ve outlined a “web app” is available for clients. Given the clients (the actual property owners) are the ones who pay the fees to the real estate agent, does this mean the actual paying customer is left without a mobile phone app? It appears anyone with an iPhone, which excludes cookies, is unable to access anything on propertyme. At present I am insisting my real estate agents email me everything as propertyme serves no purpose in its current format. I certainly don’t have time to muck around with a laptop or “web app” when urgent property maintenance requests come through.
