DISREPUTABLE organisation - you'll only GoGet when you try to cancel your plan
My plan was cancelled via app on 05/05/20 and confirmed by phone with GoGet staff. The data of renewal would be on 21/05/20. The first surprise: they tried to charge $35 with regard to the renewal fees denied by my bank. The next day, 13/05/20, I called them explaining the issue and they said: "The issue is solved and finalised, we are going to cancel the transaction and from now on nothing will be charged from you." After a month, on 11/06/20, the second attempt to charge my account, now $30.18. The same say, GoGet was contacted and again, the same speech: "The issue is solved and finalised, we are going to cancel the transaction and from now on nothing will be charged from you." The story continues when on 26/06/20, I received an e-mail of URGENT overdue renewal fees, $27.38? What? The curious detail is I tried to login on the website and there was no record of pending debts. I did nothing this time. Then, on 06/07/20, I received another e-mail of URGENT overdue notice referring to the attempt to charge my account on 26/06/20. The following day, 07/07/20, I called again GoGet support and again without surprise: "The issue is solved and finalised, we are going to cancel the transaction and from now on nothing will be charged from you." I thought the issue was effectively solved when on 13/07/20 a $27.38 pending transaction pops up on my bank account statement. Again, the following day, I called them explaining all of the facts and this time I was told: "The issue is solved and finalised, we are going to refund you in up to 48 hours." More than 4 days, no refund has been set or will be received. I don't recommend this organisation at all. The poor customer service is outrageous. They say something and do another action completely different and always at their benefit regardless the customer's will or what is fair to do.
