Awful App - Unreliable
Frequently offline, including on the Web.
Can only verify login via text (not email), which is useless if you live in an area without mobile ‘phone coverage.
Will recommended to my Doctor that the Practice dump this App.

Not reliable
Very hit and miss. Three times I have made appointments using this app only to turn up at the drs to find no appointment existed even though I had been sent an email by EasyVisit confirming the date and time. One time the drs surgery had a different time. Yes, sometimes it works but it is not reliable. No help at all when I contacted EasyVisit to point out the problem. I just got an email suggesting I write a review.

Stupid waste of time!
I’ve been trying to use this app for ages. Nothing works. I can’t book appointments with my doctor, my past visits don’t show up, it’s telling me I’m a new patient so can’t book an appointment, (been going to this surgery for over 20 years). This app is useless and needs attention fast!

Terrible on iPad
Functionality of the app is fine. Rendering on iPad is so bad that the app is virtually unusable. App details show that the app works on my iPad. This is a problem with the latest version. Was not previously like this.

Went from workable to unworkable on iPad with latest update Oct 2025. Can’t get past the problem of an enormous font to evaluate any other features. Will have to phone my gp for appointments until it’s fixed.

Frustratingly poor
I am giving it a 1 only because I can’t give a zero. A number of doctors showing appointment spots, try to book them but keeps coming up with an error message.
Try to look at appointments in other days, touch in the date and I get nothing, won’t list anything.

Can’t add calendar entry
When I try to add to my calendar it says it gets permission denied. But it has permission to add entries. Just not full calendar permission which it should not need. Then it sends me an email without an ical file so even that can’t add the calendar entry.

Totally Useless
I’ve downloaded this app previously and found the same problem as I have done today, and I thought it was me. Now I know it is the app.
I can’t get it to open a Registration for me, I can’t get it to search for a medical centre or a doctor. In fact, I can’t get the app to do anything!
I deleted the app from my App Library and downloaded it again with exactly the same result.
So I give up! I’m with the other guy and will have to phone the practice for an appointment, which is ridiculous when other medical booking apps work so well.

Impossible to see a doctor
This app has only ever worked once ti successfully book an appointment with my doctor. Every time I attempt to book an appointment a message tells me that an unexpected error has occurred at null but if I log in via the website for my doctor I am an to book an appointment with no hassle.

Doesn’t work
If you reinstall the app on an iPhone and already have an account it doesn’t give you a chance to sign in and just opens frozen. What’s worse you are forced to use this app and can’t sign in using a browser which is absurd. Re install over and over and over makes no difference and always opens frozen like it’s just a screenshot. Being forced to use an app that doesn’t work when it’s critical to see GP appointments there should be greater quality control on the App Store and force developers to also provide a browser version.

Does the job
The app is fine. Not as good as other same purpose apps, but does the job. I would say that appointments for the current day always drop off before the appointment time. The appointments I book are generally in the morning so I'm not sure if this is a timezone issue or something else. But it would be good if the upcoming appointment for that day stayed in the upcoming appointment list until the appointment time has passed (which saves a bit of anxiety when you wonder if your appointment was cancelled or never made in the first place).

Absolutely Awful. Avoid if possible!
There is NOTHING easy about this app/website. It’s actually remarkable how awful the booking system is - the worst I’ve ever experienced on any website booking anything ever. The irony at naming themselves ‘Easy’ is laughable.
I spent almost an hour attempting to book to see a dr over and over again through the website, driving myself insane changing minor details in the hope my booking would not inevitably end with ‘Something went wrong. Please try again.’
I even decided to download this app and register an account thinking it would prevent a glitch. It didn’t. Same error message, same frustration.
I then just called the medical centre and booked in under 2 minutes. The receptionist echoed my frustration with the easy visit service and said this had been happening for weeks.
This is truly not the service you need when people’s health is at stake.

Horrible
I have tried to use this service several times either via the GP website and also through the app and have had absolutely no luck in booking an appointment successfully.
I’ve tried with a log in and also tried without having a registered account.
I always end up calling to confirm if my appointment was successful because of a glitch (if it even lets me book). And by the 4th plus time trying to book an appointment through the app, you just give up and deal with the long wait time for the GP to just answer. I Have used HotDoc in the past and never once had any issues. But since my GP changed to EasyVisit it’s been nothing but a pain.

I have been trying to book an appointment for half an hour. Firstly it said that it couldn’t find a clinic within a 1000km of my suburb, I live in an Australian capital city. It also said I had made no prior appointments which is untrue I’ve made several. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. At which point it appeared to be working but alas this was only a brief moment of functionality as it almost immediately reverted to its previous inability to function in any capacity. So I patiently deleted and reinstalled again and once again app was unable to detect a clinic within a 1000km of my capital city address. As I said you’ve gotta be joking

Shocking app
This has got to be one of the worst apps ever! Bring back Hotdoc please- it worked wonderfully! It’s incredibly frustrating trying to book GP appointment through this app. Initially it looks like it going to work but as soon as you try to put in the six digit passcode, you get nonsense message coming up about the server not responding. There are other multitude of issues with this app- looking at the most recent reviews, you’d think the company would do something about it. Why try to fix something that’s not broken (referring to the Hotdoc app here that worked perfectly). I wonder why all the surgeries switched to this one?!?! Thumbs down from me :(

Terrible to use, never able to book from this app or its website
I live in close to CBD of a major capital city, the app searched area 800km around me and there was NO practice it found…. While the clinic linked with this app is just at the corner….
It was equally bad with its website, able to click the book button, then just blank page, still blank no matter how many times you refresh the page….

Literally the worst app
It either won’t let you login in, take you on an endless loop or crashes 4 times out of 5. Yup, not 1 out of 5 but 80-90% of the time it will not work.
I thought I was so smart having discovered that the web supported appointment booking function on my Dr’s website (without sign in) worked 60% of the time (hurray!) … but alas, the app’s inate ability to crash has now infected its web gui tool. It feels like they either need more hamsters in their server wheel or … discover why it’s literally the worst appointment booking app available in the App Store.
Back to the old two tin cans and a piece of string calling my Dr’s office to make an appointment.

Poor Quality Time Waster
This app continuously has a range of problems that make it the worst app I have ever used, bar none. It’s unreliable, functionally lacking compared to others I’ve used and simply not consistent in operating as has different issues at different times. A frustrating waste of time. Give it a miss and call the Doctors for your appointments, or check if they support one of the other apps that actually work.

Quite spectacularly terrible
I have used this app across a year or so, through several (attempts at) appointments and using two different phones (currently iPhone 12, latest IOS)… and also the web version…
It has consistently thrown up glitches, requires me to set a new password every time, generally makes the whole process slow and painful. I have in the past completely failed to find a way, and just had to call to make my appointment. I did finally succeed on the web version on my most recent attempt, but when trying to see my new appointment on the app, it just kept saying ‘oops’ at me. If you are a surgery considering using this app - for the love of all your patients (presumably making appointments because they’re already having some sort of bad time!), please don’t do so until the developers can guarantee that these issues are truly ironed out.

Truly terrible
This appointment booking app is one of the worst I have had to use. I prefer to book my appointments online as I then have a record and usually can change if needed, link to my calendar and get texts. I found it virtually impossible to change an appointment either using the web browser or the app. The only thing I could do was cancel. What a way to lose patients! Also the confirmation text came the morning of the appointment. I’m concerned that if you had forgotten- the text gave you no room to reschedule and avoid paying for an appointment that you could not attend. I realise the in house development team may be wedded to this product, but as a user I cannot understand why.

Seriously awful App
This is the second extended attempt to install and login to this App. The login process continually gets stuck and cannot find the server. Even when I could login and completed the 2FA, it still froze on the login screen. And don’t bother trying to call the help line; they never answer!
Finally got to login and booked an appointment only to find that it isn’t showing in my ‘Appointments’ page. I’ll have to call my doctor’s rooms on Monday now to check.
Searching for an available slot is also clunky.
I’ll be telling my doctor that he is loosing business using the crappy app!

Dreadful app
This unfortunately has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. The information does not update, I cannot see future or past appointments, when I try to make an appointment I will often end up with two as I look at the different times available. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling several times, but it makes no difference. I am so disappointed that our GP has changed to this app - the booking app they previously used (HotDoc) was fantastic. I truly hope this one improves.

Truely the worst medical booking app available
When you can actually log in (first glitch off to a bad start)
Searching for the clinic sometimes works, sometimes you have to reclick the search field to input letter by letter and even then, the clinic may or may not appear (second glitch)
If you can make it past those two and make an appointment it may or may not appear in your appointments tab, more often it doesn’t, but when it does it won’t stick around for long (third glitch) and don’t even think about making a second appointment because that definitely will not appear in your appointments (fourth glitch) in fact there is a 50% chance the second appointment even gets booked properly with the clinic knowing it exists, but you can’t double check that because it’s not on your appointment screen (fifth glitch).
With all the great medical booking apps available, there are no excuses for this to be so under performing in even the most basic functions. Do better.

Worst App I’ve Seen
This is without a doubt the worst App I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. It is slow to load, has trouble verifying my login and refers me to an external entity, has a clunky interface, doesn’t work most of the time and raises my blood pressure every time I go to use it.
Where is the list of Doctors in the practice? There is more than one Dr in my practice. It takes ages to load my previous appointments if it does at all. Where is the record of scripts like other apps have?
Why can’t the developers look at the other Apps and try to model theirs on them?
It’s easier to phone for an appointment and wait in the queue than use this App.
The two favourable reviews are obviously made by stooges in the developers family. If it were possible to give no stars I would have chosen that option. Get it together guys or give it to someone that can fix it.

Frustrating and not helpful
I booked an appointment using the website and received no email or text to confirm. When I tried to login to check what time I booked there was no browser option I had to download this awful app. Then the app proceeded to block me from logging in and when I tried to reset my password, I received no email.
Can’t believe I spent an hour wrestling with an app when a call confirmed the booking in 2 seconds. Useless, avoid this app and call instead.

EasyVisit is a truly AWFUL APP
After doing battle unsuccessfully with the app, and eventually booking an appointment online through “Easyvisit” I then spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to sort out why my log in won’t “authenticate” on the app.
The customer support desk offers to delete my account and suggest I try setting it up again. (Just in case it works next time? 🤔) So how do I change the appointment made online with *Easyvisit* I ask? Their answer is that I’ll have to ring the doctors surgery.
If this App is meant to save time by make booking appointments easier, it has failed miserably in its objective.

Easy Visit
There’s absolutely nothing easy about this app! Every time I need to make a booking, it asks me for all of my details all over again, then when I hit submit, it says an account with those details already exists! There’s also no way of determining which profile I’m booking under (mine or my son’s) and you can’t cancel an appointment within 24 hours of it being scheduled! Most people make or cancel appointments on the day they are sick, not > 24hrs prior! Not a fan of this app at all.

My Gp clinic should NEVER have swapped from using the app Gp4me to this absolutely USELESS app easy visit. It is anything but EASY. I always have so much trouble trying to book a Dr’s visit when trying to do it on here. It says times are available and when I go to book it says unavailable please try again. When I spoke to the receptionist (after I had to end up calling to make my appointment) I was told there have been so many issues with people trying to use the app, so it’s best to just call to make an appointment. Not good enough!!!! Please get the issues with this app fixed ASAP!

Worst App I’ve used!
This is a terrible app! It crashes all the time, doesn’t load upcoming or past appointments and there are that many more issues with it that I simply cannot be bothered listing them all. I’m positive other users know what I’m talking about and am positive that the developers are well aware of its issues. Honestly am extremely disappointed that my medical clinic has moved to this booking app and didn’t stick with what works... Hotdocs. I can tell you even the receptionist’s and my GP share my view and tell me that they get complaints about it all the time. Please just fix the thing!

You’ll need a Doctors appointment after getting this to work. It booked an appointment without log in, I just had no confirmation. So I suspected it failed. It then failed to provide Password recovery emails on Log In, within a long 16 minutes on 3 occasions. Each new password failed to work. It advised then I had no account & to create new. When creating new (3 attempts) it denied access as it reported there was an existing account. On the positive: product support was quick & easy to reach; support staff battled to resolve over 40 minutes but failed. This was shunted to ‘backend’ support who called 1 hour after agreed meeting time. I’d recommend the developer change the App title. Poor, avoid the stress if you can.

Frustrating !
I’ve used this app once and was very happy with how easy it was. That was a couple of months ago.... since then something has changed .... as soon as I tap to say that I am an existing patient , I have to complete all my details all over again.... so I did.... then get a message that there is already a patient with those details ...( that would be me), and to try again.
Same thing happens, so I’m effectively locked out!! The surgery is too busy to take a phone booking so I’m left with having to visit the surgery to make a booking !

Inaccessibility equals zero for blind and vision impaired
In the last 12 months, I have written a very complimentary email to the developers of the GP for me app congratulating them on such an accessible mobile app. I was able to quickly and easily book an appointment or change surgeries if I was travelling.
I have just spent two hours bouncing between Safari and the app and have found so many and labelled elements, links which will not read, and if you have access to my so-called sensitive information you will be able to see just exactly how many times I have tried to login. Booking the appointment was a case of closing my eyes and hoping for the best if you can excuse the pun. I strongly suggest the web developers go and read the WCAG and I wish to be contacted about this matter within the next 14 days. As there are so many surgeries run by this organisation who have chosen your app, it would be a case of having to go through the human rights commission to have this fixed. I would much prefer to avoid this option.

It’s rare to come across in 2021 an app that is so badly designed with so full of bugs in such and important tool.
My our local GP had switched to this app, and all new booking were to be made via this App. My dad who also goes to the same GP called me and complained how hard it was to book, and I recall thinking it must be him. Well he wasn't wrong.
I have persevered with the app a number of times, but just end in frustration at the lack of usability and the bad design flaws. I end up calling to make a GP appointment, while sharing my frustration, and they tell me ‘everyone has similar feedback’.
And let’s not forget the category this app is making a profit in - your health. Not opening a garage door, or gaming or productivity lists. Your health.

Not happy Jan!!!
The clinic I attend used to use GP4ME and have recently changed to this app. I have had far from a good experience!! Firstly trying to sign up for the app was near impossible! I then finally get set up, I booked 1 appointment at the end of last year and it was fine. Trying to book an appointment at the moment but it comes up with no GPS. Can’t make an appointment. I like to use an app to book as I often remember to book late at night or I like to sit there and look at my options without holding anyone up.

Terrible
If I had to give no stars I would. I have no idea why my clinic changed from GP4me to this app. It’s the absolute worst. Appointments show up but then when I go to book it states the time slot has been taken. So then I proceed to pick another time & the same thing happens to all of the time slots I try to pick. Frustrating!!! Why bother showing time slots that are taken when booking an appointment. GP4me was 100% better and easier to use & loads way faster than this app. Had no issues with GP4me. EasyVisit app is a headache to use. Now we have to call up the clinic everytime we need to book an appointment, when it used to be so much easier booking it through the app (GP4me). So many more other issues with this app!

Dreadful
This app isn’t working. I’ve got the latest version (5.31). It typically says Unable to Verify (unfortunately after considerable time spent inputting data). The date of birth entry is impossible. The password can’t be reset. The support desk doesn’t answer. HATE it. Have complained to the doctors’ office and they say they are getting multiple complaints — just call them instead. The old apps — hotdoc etc. — worked just fine. So, do the owners of these medical practice have a non-disclosed financial interest in this app. Or why don’t they listen to the patients??

Why bother
Gp4ME worked great, seamless, simple, quick etc. This replacement is hopeless. First screen offers a sign in button. Does not work on my XS, with current OS, or wifes XR, current OS. It says “loading” briefly, then nothing happens. Only other option is create an account, another new password in my wallet! After that lengthy process on my wifes phone, it introduces a new entity and tells her it wants to share info with others, and seems to want yet another id/password! Share what info? Why? This is where we quit.
Back to my phone, create an account process results in “an a/c already exists for that email” OK. Try to login, login button still does not work. Ring the surgery!
Seriously, are they using high school programmers to avoid paying adult rates?

Useless, don’t bother
I wouldn’t even give this one star but you have to click on one. I can’t even login. At first it was saying there were no GP’s in my area! I tried again a month later and got to the login page. It says GP4me users need to make a new account so I tried and it says my email is already used! It won’t recognise my password and freezes when I try to reset my password! Useless! Never had any problems with GP4me which a great app. The app is causing me nothing but frustration and inconvenience you need to get your act together and fix it.

Awful
Avoid any clinic that uses this app for your bookings you try and call through and you get put on hold for more than 20 minutes without speaking to somebody then they just disconnect you this is happened to me numerous times, it took me four attempts and 2 20 plus minute waiting times on hold before I got to speak to a human who answered the phone and then disconnected me I tried calling back and I just keep getting a busy signal I can’t get through to the clinic I made an appointment through the app but nobody called me and when I log back on to make a new appointment I refilled for the day and I couldn’t even call anybody to ask to squeeze me in. If your doctor or clinic is using this application I suggest you try using a different clinic because you won’t be able to get appointments when you need them who has time to sit on the phone for an hour just to make an appointment

Made it harder, not easier to see my Dr.
My usual doctor used to use HotDoc at his practice and I always found it very convenient and reliable. Since the practice switched to this system I have been unable to book with my usual doctor (keep getting a strange error despite updating everything). I understand that when implementing different systems there will be a teething period, but this has been a problem for a few months now. As someone who needs to go to the doctor monthly, the change to using this system was a real verschlimmbesserung.

Awful and useless
My clinic just switched to this app from a fantastic app (GP4Me) that had no issues. Also other medical bookings apps like HotDoc, HealthEngine, Appointuit etc never any issues. You’d think Sonic a multi billion dollar company could afford decent web developers to make an app that works with good functionality. Apparently not.
This app has so many problems. The old app my clinic used would bring up all the doctors in a row and all their appointment each day for the week so you could pick and choose which suited best. This app you can only look at one doctor and one day at a time. I try to make an appointment in 2 weeks and it says every slot is full (even where the doctor has 20 appointment available for the day). I’ve force closed and updated the app and still doesn’t work. If I am looking at December there are appointments then click into January it says there are no slots available for any doctor then I go back to December and it now says the same no slots available for anyone on any day so I have to force close and restart.
Honestly this is just not user friendly at all. Go review the GP4Me functionality and actually make this app worthwhile using. Previously I’d never have to phone up I could just use the app to manage all my appointments which is convenient for me and the clinic, since the clinic switched to this app I’ve had to phone to make appointments 3 times because it just doesn’t work. So what is the point?

Utterly useless!
At times I used the previous GP4Me app as it worked seamlessly and conveniently allowed you to see your doctors availability. You could plan your day/week accordingly. I do however prefer using the good old fashioned telephone system to ensure my booking is confirmed and with this utterly useless ‘update’, that’s what you need to do. It fails to function, keeps displaying an error, basically it’s useless. Whether the recent iOS update has created problems or not, but the developers either need to address these issues, revert to the seamless GP4Me app or simply spare yourselves and just use the phone and speak to the doctors receptionist.

Works well but!
This app works well, and I use it all the time. But you will need to choose whether you use it on your Ipad or iPhone, and I guess it is the same with other phones and tablets. It will only allow you to register once with the same email address. If my wife shares the same email address as I do, then she can install the app but cannot register to use it on her devices.

Easy Visit is not easy
When the app was gp4me it was excellent, updated the app and suddenly it’s rebranded to ‘Easy Visit’ which is anything but.
Firstly, none of my information was ported from the old apps so I’ve lost my appointment history and had to re-register. Then when I try to search for my local surgery, it would return a ‘sorry no medical centres in your area’. Then when I finally got it to find my local surgery, I couldn’t choose my doctor and it showed no appointments, no matter how far into the future I went.
I gave up and used hotdoc and made my appointment in under a minute.

Excellent app
I use this app every time I need to make an appointment with my doctor. It is quick, painless, and reliable. It allows you to save the appointment to your calendar, it allows you to save favourite doctors so you don’t have to go through all practitioners to find your one, there’s only one thing I would ask and that is that more practitioners sign up to this app. Unfortunately I have to use another app to access another doctor as they don’t register with this one. Today I discovered yet a third online booking tool for yet another practitioner in Weston. I just wish they would all use the one app.

Great but could be better
I love how convenient this app is to use however it would be helpful if we could put in a comment on what we want to see the doctor about so they can be better prepared. It would also have the benefits of helping patients remember what they wanted to raise and to help the doctor manage his time for appointments more accurately eg: I may want to get new prescriptions which is very quick. It could also allow patients to put something sensitive/awkward to discuss and the doctor can be aware and perhaps help with that conversation.

Works well
This app works very well for me. Instead if phoning the doctor’s surgery and hanging on to make an appointment because the receptionists are understandably busy, I can go to the site and instantly select a doctor and then check available times and book the appointment all in a matter of minutes. To top it all off, the appointment is then added to my calendar and I receive a confirmation. What could be better? Nothing!!

Excellent Service
Fantastic option to be able to book an appointment after hours without having to call. Very easy to see appointment availability and plan future appointments. It really does streamline a process that can hold you, staff and others up. I’ve used the app regularly since it became available and have highly recommended it to others.

“Sorry, I don’t know why it would have done that....”
Downloaded and used this app today after being unable to get hold of my doctor on the phone. App allowed me to book an appointment for 6:10pm and I was awaiting confirmation from the practice. After several hours with no word, I continued calling the doctor until I got through and was told that the “whole day had been booked for hours”, and when told I was able to book the slot online that they were “sorry, I don’t know why it would have done that because there are definitely no spots available”. Very frustrating as I would have tried to book in my sick daughter elsewhere even if it meant traveling further if I had known.

Very handy
A very good application. Easy to navigate and quick response. One improvement I would like to see is if you are looking for an appointment on a particular day and there are none available, add a button to ask if you want to be notified by email or text of any cancellation that might occur. If more than one patient has asked for notification it would go to whoever gets in first. Great job in any case.

Convenient
I have used this app for at least a year now and it is fantastic. So happy our medical practice is using this system. I can make a booking in the middle of the night or anytime I need, no longer needing to wait until 8am. Also I am able to make bookings for all the family plus my in-laws in a couple of taps. Love it.

Great way to take the stress out of making your next doctor's appointment/s
Simple enough to you, and effective way to book your future appointments without leaving until the last minute, and find you have to wait another week or two to get in. Of cause if it's a real emergency dial 000 ( in Australia).

What a Wonderful App
This is so good I would give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could
Save time ringing and being on hold for 5 or 10 minutes , you know the Doctor to want and what are his free appointment times , sends back confirmation of appointments etc . If you forgot to make an appointment then can be to make appointments when Medical Centre is closed

A great user-friendly App
Very impressed with this app. For a person that gets frustrated with app's that only perform 30% to what they say they should do this is a nice change.
Recommend to anyone that either can't call for an appointment during work hours or can't wait on hold waiting to get through.

Great App - Could get even better
I have used this app for a few months and love it. I can book appointments as soon as I think of it and it displays the available times so I know where to start. No more hassles with the phone.
Two seemingly obvious improvements would make it better:
Instead of asking if this appointment is for me and if not, making me enter my wife's name and DOB, perhaps there could be a list of family members?
Could the appointment be interfaced with the calendar in iOS?

Love this app!
When the appt time/day you're after isn't available, it can be difficult to think and make a decision re another booking when you're on the phone to the Practice.
GP4ME allows you to see all of this at once, and which Doctors are available if necessary!

Great App, but ...
I would have given the app 5 stars but there is not the capacity to add details such as I need to see the nurse for my flu shot or baby immunisation or I have changed address (which reception staff can confirm on arrival instead of you having to stand there giving details when you're not well).
It should also allow you to cancel appointments.
More Doctor choices would be good too.
Apart from this I love the convenience.
