Agree with other users.
App doesn’t work. Keeps saying “oops something wrong” ........ been like this for the past 6 months iv been trying to use it.

Behind the current standard of airline apps
This app does not allow to manage or checkin the flights when booked as scoot and krisflyer member. Why would you discriminate members? In addition the boarding pass is not provided even when booking with the app, which creates unnecessary effort and doesn’t allow for a go straight to gate experience as other airlines offer it. It’s not even available on the website. Scoot has to fix this.
It’s quite simple to book a flight, therefore 2 stars.

Useless app. Has stop working on IOS 10. Keeping prompting to download the latest version. Beautiful Apps from Air Asia. Just booked with Air Asia. Scoot you can do better, there are still millions of people still using IOS 10

Better off to not have
Continuously logs out and loses flight details. Cannot add trip or find trip. Save the frustration and don’t bother with app. Serves zero purpose

What’s the point?
No login or option to add flights. Why would I want to book flights on mobile? What we need is to manage bookings or add flights so we can track status as well as check in from the mobile app on the go.

I can’t even book and review my flight selection with the new app update. What a colossal waste of time after typing in all the necessary details.

Useless app
If you want people to do everything online, develop a decent app. I gave up and booked with a different airline. Why I have to keep entering dates to book on a day Scoot flies to my destination is beyond me - other airlines offer alternatives.
I’m also fed up with being told I haven’t chosen a meal option, when I know I have.
I give up.

Whats the point?
While it’s a nicely designed App. Good UX etc the overall point of the app is what?? I can already book flights online which I did. What I can’t do is save my flights in the app. Why don’t you build Apple wallet intergration and give your customers something useful. A little customer research would have told you this.

Listen to your customers
The new app is a disaster. No multi date view, have to go back 3 steps and start again if your date does not have a flight.
If Scoot management don’t listen to the feedback on the v2 app they will see Scoot go out of business. Go back to v1.8 now or be doomed.

This version is hopeless. Very little information... no multi day search. Can’t even look at ScootBiz or FlyBagEat fares. Better off just using a web browser on the phone to access Scoot website.

I’m guessing the people who redesigned this app aren’t working for Scoot anymore. I’ve just booked with AirAsia for my trip to Taiwan in January just because I couldn’t waste hours on finding Scoot flights. I can see Scoot going out of business over this. Big shame.

Updated app is worst than the previous app.
The previous version of the scoot app is way better than this current one. Firstly it is not user friendly. Secondly, there are no links to deals from different countries like before. Lastly, we can’t even check for prices on different days. 😭

As at 26-27 Nov, a new version has been released, but it refuses to update the old version. Worse, the old version cannot be used without update. So it's catch 22. The Scoot App cannot be used.
