Slow speed

Bought 60 of C6C cameras from their store, seller didn’t tell me they have two versions, one use within China and the other one use overseas. Now I can see anything from mobile app and computer, connections are really bad, and always connecting error. They are not cheap cameras, you should tell customer when they buy them

Needs further functionality

Please add the capability to change camera settings like the motion detection area and other basics.

Update: There is no option to draw a detection area under alarm setting on IOS.

App still opens in portrait view on an iPad, please fix this or make a dedicated iPad App.

Please improve the history swipe time bar, often lag or move too fast and doesnt stop in the time stamp that we want to see

I purchased ez360 in Thailand. got it home but lost it in my home. When in Thailand the guy set it up with wrong email

Since finding the cam. i have spent days trying to set it up but keeps coming up already added to too this other email i have try too reset many times but no luck I have sent many emails no reply . Don’t Waste Your Money Buying there Products

It seems once they have your money they could care less about

Privacy concern

The app (and their product) would not allow you to proceed if you disabled location sharing with the app. Why do the app need this information to start with ?

Logs me out everytime!

For some reason whenever you click on an alert notification to view the camera it logs you out of the app. However if you open it directly from the home screen app icon it will let you in... odd. Very very annoying.

The latest update is great. It use to annoy me at how slow the cameras would load up, but this new update has improved the load up time!

Wifi setup doesn’t work

C2C camera won’t connect to the wifi. The app fails to identify the wifi network (yes it’s 2.4ghz)

There is no alternative method available to set it up. Why can’t you do it like everyone else and have the app connect to an open wifi network on the device for setup?

The device broadcasts a network but the password is unknown.

Works OK but has hiccups.

It's a simple to use app once it's setup. However remote playback is quite slow. You can only view past content from 'messages' and can't choose day or time, only scroll through many slow to open thumbnails of motion detection. It is also struggling to render audio properly while streaming. Constantly stutters. Also I want the camera to stay on 12 hrs a day on my iPad to monitor, but quite often it stops live playback for no apparent reason and you have to refresh.

However it seems to be the only app Hikvision will play 'moderately' nicely with.
