Well thought out and planned app

Been looking for an app like this for a while. The workout planning covers all aspects of workouts that I like to log, as well as it has heart rate and size logs as well. For people new to regular workout sessions, it provides a detailed list of basic workouts.
Overall it is simple to use. Another thing I quote like to add is the customisation in regards to the look of the app. It really changes your mood towards using apps to log workouts over note pads. As much of working out and maintaining the routine comes down to mental attitude.
What has surprised me is that they charge. After trying hundreds of different workout apps that have ridiculous and expensive subscriptions for a poorly designed product, these guys created a simple and well designed one with a low one off purchase. Would honestly pay a little more for a product like this and feel you could go to at least 20 AUD.

Best value gym log

I tried a bunch of them, including Strong, Gymaholic and a couple of others, but their subscription models are ludicrously expensive. This app has less polish, but it works well, and the Apple Watch app is great. I have already deleted the other gym logs, and will upgrade to support the developer.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

Can’t rate this app highly enough.
I was constantly trying to remember weights / reps / sets, which when isolation training 6 days a week, all I was getting was confused.
Enter this wonderful little app.
Now I have an itemised plan for each day at the touch of a button. Great guides if I’m searching for an exercise to isolate a particular muscle. Logs that are a breeze to adjust on the fly, and my personal favourite - a timer between sets that pushes me to increase what I can fit into an hour at the gym
Looking forward to trying it out on the Apple Watch

Easy to use packed with features.

Love this app, I recently bought pro to support the creator plus to get some extras (measurements, extra create-able exercises). Anyway I’m 16 and mostly do weights at home as I can’t afford gym membership, and this app has helped motivate me to add an extra kg or do a few more reps, it also has helped transform me form underweight to a more healthy weight through the motivation. You don’t need to buy pro to use most of the features on this app only small features you can live without, the app is updated constantly and has never crashed overall worth the $8 for pro as it beats most other apps.

Best gym log app

This is hands down the best gym log app available. There are stacks of them out there but all of the others require ongoing subscriptions just to use them. This is perfect, get it you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the great work and the latest update is awesome.

Great app for lifters

I've trialled quite a few apps but this is the best by a long mark for me. It's got all the features I need and keeps track of weight lifted, max weight, etc. Has Jesus of pre-loaded exercises too.

Worthless. Move onto the next gym App!

Shocking App. Logs incorrect data. Doesn't not close constantly runs on the Apple Watch. Had to delete it before it would shut down, haven't had any problems with other gym trackers.Not intuitive at all. Don't waste your time or money move onto the next app.

Not bad, but needs work

None of my exercises are listed, but it's easy to add them. All assume weights and repetition, and this should've fixed. Also the Apple Watch functionality isn't complete, so I can't return to the previous level. Otherwise, very good.

Tried a heap, kept this one

I want to concentrate on my exercises , not muck with an app.
First time took a few minutes getting used to, but after that , I just log at the end of the set it as I go if I want to use the time in between.
The app does lack photos of the many types of exercise machines, so I use the 'custom' exercise and take a photo of the machine to remind me (cos the gym has about 50 diff types)

Great start. Improvements needed in tracking

Good interface. Good library of exercises with easy customisation.
Apple watch app needs improving as you have to log a set before you can manually change the weight.
But biggest improvement needs to be data. On right track for stats and graphs but for total weight lifted should be broken up by routine rather then all exercises. Makes it difficult to track load per muscle group unless you go onto each individual exercise.
Good effort and would be a 5 star if this was corrected.

Great interface and works well with Apple watch and health app

I've used this all everyday at the gym for the past couple of months and it's great as it lets easily customise your workout (even handles super sets), and works well with Apple watch to keep your rest times between sets. Nice interface as well.
