Great app and rewards
I really find this app good. The only thing I would like to see back is the timed move to scan the next item. Doing it manually is good but with a larger shop it can make it a little slower.

Scan n Go provides registered members of IRI Shopper Panel with an easy, interactive and fun way to scan their purchases, answer surveys and earn rewards.
IRI uses the collected information to monitor shopper behaviour and share shopper trends with manufacturers and retailers, who use it to make important marketing decisions.
NOTES:
You will be required to take a survey in order to join. Only authorised panelists are permitted to login and use the app.
The app requires access to your camera for the purpose of scanning bar codes (absolutely no other data is collected).

I dont like the new' scan another item'
Tab. Having to tap it inbetween each item has made scanning a juggling act and ive nearly dropped my phone many times since this addition. :(
Scanning was much faster and less precarious without it!

Since the update, things have changed. Not always for the better.
Why did you change the way we scanned items. It now takes longer to do the same job. Having to press for a scan for every single item takes time. Used to be able to place camera over barcodes and it added up. Not happy about having to do this every time.
Why can’t we add non scannable items now?
Older version did do it better.
Why not give the user a choice, continuous or singular scans.

Enjoying the new look of the app.
Dislike the scan another button I have to press after every item. Especially when doing a big shop takes twice as long now.
Remove this feature and I’ll give 5 stars.

Multiple purchases
I love the scanner, can you please tell me is there anyway you can scan the product once but add how many there are in one scan? Eg: I buy 10 sachets of cat food (all the same) and I scan them one at a time. There has to be a quicker way

Easy scanner
This scanner makes it easy to use while unpacking goods from the bags when putting them away into the pantry and fridge. Good way to earn some points towards giftcards too.

Great app. I never have a problem scanning my groceries. Would be good though to have a few additions- no good price pharmacy in the chemist section. Barring that it works every time.

Missed items not scanned before transmission
Sometimes I miss scanning a product before I transmit, then I remember the item. So I can’t then scan it and I worry you don’t except my transmission. We shop almost daily for something with my busy household. I don’t always get any notifications that it’s been excepted. Anyway I’m still daily new trying to work my way around it. I think it needs a total items scanned to see it matches the docket.

Sometimes we go to a shop that has best before date factory seconds and we buy it in bulk so it hard to scan the bulk items cause sometimes you have to scan individually so I just put it as other things and it’s never a problem

Rewards is too little and lots of stores not listed
The reward is too little if we really scan all our shopping items. But again, we do contribute to research Of shopping pattern I guess.
Lots of common & big store names need to be added. The store list is really limited

Easy!
I have been using for about a year it’s pretty easy and straightforward for groceries but other categories are a little trickier especially without a barcode. I am happily scanning away and watching my points build I think I have $150 to cash in which I think is awesome for just the little effort of scanning my purchases.

Already downloaded the app
I have already downloaded the app gone through all the questionnaires completed it all and it asked me to either join or sign in I tried to join and it keeps taking me back to the questionnaire page I have to complete the same thing over and over again how am I able to actually join if I keep going through that same transaction

Great app
I think this app is amazing as I have tried many other apps that pay you and so far this one is the best. You just have to scan a couple of things a week and you get 300 points and because I got the starter bonus I got an extra 4000 points by the 7th week of scanning which makes all your points add up and you will have enough points for a 20$ gift card. This app is definitely the one that is the fastest of getting your money and it’s super easy. I highly recommend it if your broke.

Terrible app, great product
Doesn’t take up the full screen of iPhone XS, horrible black bars on top and bottom. Poor resolution. Says I have unread notifications but i have clicked on every single page and link in the app and the notifications are still there. Even tried to delete them from message centre and still shows unread notifications

Scan products with no barcodes
Always dislike scanning fruit & veg as they don’t have barcodes and I need to enter an item several times when purchase more than one, eg, 3 avocados

Can’t scan
I have been scanning for a while until one day, I couldn’t login and continue scanning. The apps just won’t show the camera and keeps flashing.

Quantities Needed
I buy in bulk. If something doesn’t have a barcode, like my bread, I have to manually put in the price each time I put in a loaf. Sometimes I only know the total price. Sometimes I forget if I have inserted 6 or 7 loaves. I actually get lazy and will just put 1 loaf for $12. Which isn’t a true reflection.
Fruit and Veg should be similar with the weight given then the price. I can spend $2 at the fruit shop on tomatoes and get a kilogram but for $5 at the supermarket I’ll get half that amount. Again, not a true reflection of my shopping habits.

A great way to boost your disability pension.

Scan and go app
I’ve been accepted and sent the email to download the scanner. I’ve done all that but when I have tried to log-in it keeps telling me it’s unable to load!!
So I’ve deleted the app, and downloaded it. Still nothing!
Not as easy as they have made it look!

Please fix
I have been using this app for nearly three months, making sure I scan all my purchases, to accumulate points to get an award, but after last Thursday my points have only gone up three hundred. I have done three other shopping since and my points are still the same.

App needs fixing
Hi developers
I can't login using the app but can log in on the website. The app either doesn't recognise my creds or it accepts it initially (blue login screen) then goes to a web version of the login screen (red) but keeps displaying an error message, something along the lines of, cannot recognise code, whenever click the Login button (regardless of what password I enter).

No rewards for this app
I used this app for 2 weeks and scanned all my purchases. After the two weeks I still hadn't earned any rewards at all. I emailed the company to see if there was a problem with my log in details or something and didn't get any response at all from them. Will not be recommending this app to anyone.

Why take away the no barcode option????
I used to use your app all time, however no you have removed the option to input items with no barcode, well I can't put half of my purchases in. Fruit and veg don't have barcodes especially when you buy them from a fruit shop! I keep getting reminders but I can't put in what I have actually bought so what is the point?

APP IS USELESS WITHOUT NO BARCODE OPTION
Your latest update is pathetic. There are thousands of items that can be purchased that do not have a barcode so who was the bright spark that removed that option!!! Do not have the patience or the time to input enough "0's" into the barcode section just to be able to log an item. This is NOT a true reflection of the market place and certainly does not reflect a persons accurate shopping trip. Update the app to allow manual inputting!!

Good - so far
Can't seem to input items that don't have a barcode unless they are food items. Eg: pharmacy (where there is clearly an option to scan it). Needs a larger variety of non-scanning options if you want a true vision of shopping habits. Scanner often takes a couple of goes to focus on barcode. Other than this the app works fine.
