I have issues with the app where I can’t login even though details are all correct. Childcare centre confirmed everything up to date but still can’t. I contacted the app developer for support and after asking all kind of repeated questions via emails, they stopped responding for months - still nothing changed.

Was easy to see when there was availability's, now you join a “wait list”

Never receive notifications when there is a spot even though my notifications are turned on for the app.

Help button provides no help.

App is really convenient so long as it’s working. But if you need to reach out to ‘help’, don’t expect any in a hurry (even though they claim they will be in touch within one working day). If you are lucky you may receive a generic email about two weeks later asking for child information. Then no further response or action taken once you provide it. Try to ring the 1800 number to talk to someone and you can listen to a voicemail telling you to use the help button on the app instead. You can leave a message but you guessed it - no follow up. Over 6 weeks later and I still need help. Definitely zero stars for the incompetent customer service.

Doesn’t work

Was pleased to hear about this app when enrolling my son into daycare. However, it has never worked for us. I’ve reached out to “HELP” a number of times and it’s been over a month now with no clarification as to why no information shows in our bookings. Very frustrating, slow response from the HELP team, just want to be able to actually use the app.

I can see the booking dates I have but error message for vacancies and centre. The email support just goes round and round in circles with no help to resolve this. It was working fine a few months ago and now it’s not

Unable to access app on new phone, iPhone 12 mini. Never progresses passed “loading”.

Tried to contact support, they emailed back once but have never had a second response after supplying the info they asked for.

Day care centre uses this app so it’s disappointing it doesn’t work.

Needs improvement

First, I really do like this app but I do believe a few things could improve.

1. Notifications - the app always say I have a notification when there is none, it never go’s away

2. Bookings - if you mistakenly marked your child absent for the wrong day, you are unable to change it. You have to wait till the centre is in operating hours and ask them to change it.

3. Help options - the help option in the app keeps closing as you are typing and then deleting what your typing. In the end I just gave up.

Both of these issues are minor but they are very frustrating.

Never works always needing updates

This have never worked on my phone it always wants an update and won’t work. I end up just calling there centre. It also only shows a few days or at most weeks ahead so not good for longer term holiday planning or if you work casual and know days a month ahead.

Simple to use- when it actually works

Every time there is an app upgrade, the app simply stops working, and you have to offload, delete, and then redownload the app. That is just ridiculous and makes me not want to use the app at all. When it actually works, the app is simple and easy to use

Crashes

Every time there’s a new update installed I have to delete the app and re install it otherwise I cMt access it it just continues to show as loading. So frustrating

Temperamental

When it works it’s great but the app is too unreliable to give it a higher rating. I don’t have to use it often but on three out of the four times I have used it to either try to notify the centre my child won’t be in or looking for a casual day, it hasn’t worked. Very frustrating.

Doesnt work on iPhone 6 anymore

This app was great but from past 2 months it has stopped working on my iPhone 6. When i put my mobile number and 4 digit passcode, it says the code is incorrect. Tried it many times with no luck. Please fix this issue.

Was good, now won’t work

Was an easy to use app, now won’t even let me log in. App Wouldn’t load so uninstalled and reinstalled now doesn’t recognise my phone number to log in or anyone else’s.

Your ap won't let me log in so I sent your help a message and no one responds. The code sent to my phone doesn't work when you put it in the ap so I can't log on. Poor.

Good concept, a little buggy

Great concept. I haven't had any issues booking extra days. It's quite slow to load at times and seems to crash, like today. Usually fixed by uninstalling and re-installing which is a pain.

Takes 10 goes to sign in and takes several minutes to load anything. Half the time some "unknown error" occurs and the process has to be repeated all over again!!

The app is a great idea, and a great way to communicate with our centre, but is very slow to respond sometimes. When I answer a message it doesn't always clear it for a while.

So easy

If your childcare centre is connected to this app highly recommend you download and use it. So easy to use, shows all your current bookings and allows you to see days where you are not booked and can book in one touch, it will also notify you if spots become available. If your child cannot attend just one touch of your screen and you can notify the centre... No need to call! If you need help, help is just a touch away as well. Fantastic app!

Brilliant App Idea!!

A great app for busy working parents. Love that I can book casual days for my boys. Two improvements I would like to suggest are a PIN for safety and the ability to reply to messages through the app. A really brilliant idea though. Thank you :)

Great idea! But here's some ideas to make it perfect

Add a pin! Kids get a hold of our phones easily & press everything. We don't want them to cancel days by mistake.

Also it states we have only advised them 50% of the times my child has been absent. I have "always" advised my child care centre. So not sure where you get that percentage from. And what's "your rating" for anyway??? You don't get cheaper childcare, shopping voucher or a visit to the spa do you?

Love this app!

I LOVE this app! I will say that it will only work if your daycare is signed up to use it so there is no point downloading otherwise. Our daycare just started using it last week and I have already booked two extra days!!
