This is the second time in 2 months that I can’t download the magazine. What a waste of money

Downloading the New Idea app allows you to buy your digital editions. Magazine content can only be accessed with a purchase. Download our free app today, then select the issue you’d like to purchase, or subscribe for one month, two months, six months or twelve months with an auto-renewing subscription.
Available subscriptions are:
- 1 month: AU $5.99
- 6 months: AU $32.99
- 12 months: AU $59.99
Or single issues can be purchased for AU $1.99
By subscribing, you’ll never miss an issue and each new issue will automatically be available for download to your device as soon as it is released.
Bauer Media Pty Limited offer a range of subscription options. Subscriptions include the latest issue and all regular issues released during your subscription period (back issues are not included but may be purchased as single issues).
Please note the following:
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• We do not offer refunds for current or past subscriptions as well as individual purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Absolute waste of money
Paid for subscription after 2 months not seen anything . They say there’s a problem logging into the app but won’t fix or refund. This is illegal?

Very happy fixed issues with app and all purchases have been restored and i can continue reading.

Problems with downloads
25/5/20 for some weeks we haven’t been able to download the latest new idea editions, the subscription is paid to the end of August, when restoring purchases a message appears “In-App Purchase Error An IAP request failure occurred (code 21010). Please try again in a moment”. Doesn’t matter how many times you try over several days it does not fix this issue.
I have wasted several hours trying various options with no result and on phoning Pacific Magazines I was told that it is a developer issue with iTunes which they were notified of weeks ago.
Disappointed in the time it has taken the developer to resolve this.

NOT WORKING!
Like others have said this app is not working with a subscription. It won’t restore the purchase. The developer needs to fix it as we are wasting our subscription money! Not happy!

Issue with downloading my latest issue
Very disappointed I haven’t been able to download my latest issue. Getting can’t restore in app purchases. It’s been happening all week. I can only see last weeks mag and no other past issues.

Fact or fiction
I purchased New idea because it appeared to have become a reliable magazine, but lately it has become a magazine full of unreliable and unsubstantiated items that contradict other magazines. Which one is correct I don't know but I will not renew my subscription if I can't rely on reading true stories.
Also far too many items about TVseries
why watch TV when the storyline is in the magazine.
How I long for the New Idea as it used to be.

Terrific Magazine
I really like the digital version of New Idea.
It so very well laid out and covers so many stories. I read it on my iPad and would recommend this Magazine

Consistency would be nice
How many times have I read about someone doing something that is totally contrary to another story in the same issue. I read it for news on the reality show contestants. Recipes are winners though.

Not what it used to be
I have bought New Idea weekly for many many years but will cease after this subscription. The front cover is getting ridiculous with words like 'shock', 'secret ' for misleading stories with total rubbish included from 'sources close to the couple/person'. It has become a trashy mag on a par with Woman's Day...subscription here ceasing too! Quality stories no longer feature!

Love New Idea But
I have really been enjoying being a subscriber to New Idea, but I would be happy to pay more if they could make their crosswords ect interactive, news papers and other sources are able to manage this, Why Not magazines.

Credit card debited and will not download:(
Really annoyed. Tried to download the latest issue (first time), credit card debited $2.99 together with an additional $1 for my card to be tested (despite having made numerous past purchases) and the download will not complete. Got to 9%two days ago and will not download any further. How do I get a refund?
