I have used this quite a few times... that is, when the app actually works!! I can’t log in because it says that my email isn’t registered even though it is. When I try to create a new log in, I get an error 409. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app but still not working. On the odd chance that it works, I have been able to book a restaurant easily. But not sure it is worth the hassle of this app.

Civic dumpling house marked me as a no show which was a lie but after complaining here the fantastic customer service agent overturned their lie. I was going to stop using this app but because of the great customer service I received I would recommend it to everyone. If there’s an issue they will resolve it.

So I love this app and used to use it a lot. However recently there as been fewer restaurants in my area and restaurants I used to book are now no longer on the app.
Also I shared my location with the app and instead of showing restaurants in My area it showed them in Italy. I live in Brisbane Australia so that was no use to me.
Seems this app is no longer as good as it used to be, a drop in restaurants recently and Each restaurant should have their menu on the app.

I have decided to use this booking service because of the convenience of it being integrated into Apple Maps, could not imagine it would be such a disappointment. I have booked a restaurant in Sydney and received a confirmation email. Me and my family came to the restaurant only to find they have absolutely no mention of any booking under my name, nor they ever heard about Quandoo. Stay away and use a reliable app like Dimmi instead.

This would be perfect if you were able to go back and edit bookings after they are made. I wanted to add extra numbers but had to delete my reservation and then make a new one. Defeats the purpose of having the app in my view.

So far so good. App is easy to use, has a function where you can see a map with local restaurants which is handy. The only problem so far is that you can't edit your booking eg: changing number of guests. I also noticed that reviews don't appear chronologically rather they tend to have the better reviews up on top of the list.
