Recipe-building UX:

- Flavor-tag search in pickers — searching "caramel" finds all Crystal malts; "citrus" finds hop matches
- Smarter empty-state copy ("No grains matched 'X' — tap to add it")
Library views:
- Custom ingredients now live inside their category section (alphabetized with system entries) instead of a separate "My X" bucket at the bottom; swipe-to-delete preserved on custom entries
