GUIDED BREATHING MADE SIMPLE
Choose from four research-backed breathing protocols or create your own custom pattern. Set your duration, hit start, and let the voice cues and visual pacer guide each breath. Put your phone down, close your eyes, and relax.
BREATHING PROTOCOLS
- Resonance (4.5s in, 5.5s out) — Maximize HRV amplitude at ~6 breaths per minute
- Extended Exhale (4s in, 6s out) — Activate relaxation through prolonged exhalation
- Slow Diaphragmatic (4s in, 2s hold, 5s out, 2s hold) — Stabilize your autonomic nervous system
- HRV Biofeedback (4s in, 2s hold, 6s out, 2s hold) — Long-term autonomic retraining with live feedback
- Custom — Configure your own inhale, hold, and exhale durations

FIND YOUR RATE
Everyone has a breathing speed where their body relaxes most deeply. A guided 10-minute assessment tests six different speeds, measures your heart rhythm at each one, and identifies your personal resonance frequency. Your optimal rate is then used automatically in future sessions.
