Coverage and towing
• Mobile coverage: Track which carriers had service, including “None” and custom carriers.
• Region-aware: Pick carriers for your region (e.g., US, AU, NZ, UK, EU).
• Towing: Mark trips as none, trailer, caravan, etc., and see breakdowns over time.
Maps and weather (optional)
• Geotag destinations: Link a destination to a map coordinate to see pins on your visited map.
• Weather snapshot: For geotagged trips, optionally fetch current conditions for the trip’s date and location (temperature, rain chance/amount, wind, and more).
Personalization
• Appearance: Follow System, Light, or Dark.
• Color themes: Choose a tint/gradient that suits your style.
• Units: Metric or Imperial—distances are stored in km and displayed in your preferred units.

• Verify exports: Confirm a backup file’s contents before you rely on it.
