Ultimate Comfort
This game has become my safe place for escape and unwinding. The new parkour addition to the game is amazing - the community it builds and the experience is so incredibly fun. I really hope you guys keep the parkour party option in game permanently i look forward to coming home from work every day to play especially the parkour parties. it’s such a great way to feel connected with people as well. What a great game guys, you do a phenomenal job. thank you for creating Heartopia. PS anybody concerned about gacha systems, “pay to win” etc. there are so many other aspects of the game to enjoy it is such a minute part of the game and you don’t have to spend real money to enjoy it and get the most out of the game

Cultural appropriation and Bugs everywhere
(Update the game has just released new features 1 appropriating Middle Eastern culture with characters that look Swedish with the context of the game being developed in China and the camps there with Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities makes this extremely concerning - 2 - in which the player is meant to design the game for the other players! The developers are making a lot or money off the gotcha system! After releasing an unfinished game full of bugs and now they want you to work for free for them !!!! I will not be participating in any of this ! Scam!!!!!) As a free to play player I was decently surprised at how creative I could be just with the free stuff! My frustration with the gotcha hasn’t been an issue mostly because I find everything in the banners since I started playing unappealing! In build mode getting the placement right especially if you’re playing on mobile or tablet is incredibly frustrating whatever you’re trying to place jumps around like crazy even if you’re not moving! How much room you have to build your house is locked behind a system that limits you extensively! I’m basically stuck for who knows how many weeks until I can open my entire house and start building the house I actually really want ! But at this point changing anything extensively is just a waste of time! It Is just lazy and ridiculous in my opinion. THIS GAME WAS RELEASED BEFORE IT WAS FINISHED the amount of bugs everywhere in this game is concerning! Pets was one thing I was most excited for in the game but it is the worst and most buggy aspect of the game! Dog is annoying breaks all your furniture, follows you around, gets in your way, needs feeding like 10 times a day! And the training for both the dog and cat is incredibly boring and slow and pointless! It doesn’t feel like a game. It feels like a chore and as someone who was most excited for that aspect of the game and now finds it the least appealing.. Not to mention that the dog consistently gets stuck in the cat furniture, walls and stairs and the cat never interacts with the furniture!. terrible Al pathfinding. A dog getting trapped in an endless loop inside cat furniture because the game cannot calculate the boundaries. a life-sim game's core appeal is cozy decoration and pet interaction, having those exact systems break completely ruins the immersion. It forces you to play around the bugs rather than just enjoying the game.

So when I go in the Heartopia app then some minutes pass and I get kicked out of the game. It happens at around twenty times a day… and. With the new hide and seek update there is a bug that you fall under the host of the hide and seek’s house. It’s really annoying. But I love all of the furniture and all of the updates! 😊

Hii, i absolutely adore the game, it’s so cosy and cute.
There’s just one thing that I wishhh you guys could change, if we change server, can we be able to have a recent profile that we had in the previous server?
Me and my sister was trying to play together but realised we are both in completely different servers, i had an account already set up and she did aswell, i tried to move to her server but ended up having to redo my whole entire profile again.
Could you be able to change that please? And instead if we change server to be with a family member or a friend you want to play with you don’t have to completey rebuild everything.
And one more thing the dog…Please do less feeding and at the same rate as the cat.. it’s so not fair that we have to feed the dog more then the cat and the dog food is a lot more expensive buttt another then that.

Did some research into the game and have found extensive evidence for the game’s usage of generative AI, as well as the developers using it in advertisements and trailers. On top of this, nowhere has it been disclosed, even on Steam, that the game uses gen AI. Due to this, and the terrible impact of gen AI on the environment and our resources, I can’t recommend the game at all.

This is one of the best games I have ever played! it does get a bit laggy but it goes away quite fast and doesn’t really affect the gameplay. Sadly I can’t interact with my cats because there’s no interaction buttons above them 90% of the time. When petting a cat it doesn’t complete the task and says you’re busy when moving trying to interact with the next cat.
Can’t wash pets when they are reset in front of your house due to being broken.
Driving into town is a nightmare with the game freezing every second. And if you get a notification from any other app while playing the game freezes to the point where you have to reopen the app.
When playing on pc you can’t control the camera while in build mode making building extremely frustrating.
Cats merge into your character causing you to not be able to interact with things like the oven and what is cooking on it

Be warned before you or your children play this
Do not let your children play this game or at least have access to the gatcha system. Do not play this if you’ve ever had a gambling problem. In some pulls the amount of blue diamonds needed increases with every draw. I’ve heard how bad the drop rate is and I wanted to test it and did over 127 draws and got so many repeats that I had 880 tickets (which you can only really trade for one good item, or two smaller ones and even then you still do not have access to all the items) and, in my opinion, I didn’t even get the best items. The constant limited time events also further ‘encourages’ user to spend their money to unlock things before they disappear. There are events in the game but without the events in the game gets boring, levelling up is slow but when you get to level 10 in a hobby you have to wait to get to level 50 to level up anymore so my game is stagnant and it’s getting pretty boring, I come on to do my tasks, see the same items on the shops and hang out with friends then don’t get back on. Also in order to interact with my cat I have to go into build mode. Honestly it has potential but currently I wouldn’t recommend this game and if the gatcha system remains the same I will never recommend it.

This game is sooooo much fun. Gacha’s are easy and simple. No unlucky stuff and has CARS?! Like Roblox 2.0 but safer. Sooo much to do. From the gachas, I go such good clothing on my first day and you can play with friends. It is the best. One of my fav games. No ads. I seriously recommend this game. It takes up a lot of space but I recommend.

I feel like one of the things that bores me in the game is the lack of communication, I don’t want to have to friend random people just to chat, I also like enjoying simple conversations during events or passing by houses, quick chats then we go on about our day without feeling awkward afterwards
If they’re worried about little children chatting with grown adults, there should be a parental supervision option where parents can disable chats visibility for their kids but most of the folks playing this game are grown adults spending their own money

gacha system really disappointing, need serious improvement, the pet store refreshed daily but i constantly seeing the same pattern as the day before, make it feel repetitive and pointless, outfit and furniture options are rarely appealing, many weird bugs and take too long for this game to fix it, still, theres often pointless update taking lots of space and making the player download for nothing. On top of that the game email rewards really less really bad not even feel sorry with that many bugs.

Love but so many issues
Cute game BUT almost not worth your time. The clothes store and furniture store just recycles the same items maaaaybe in different colors each week. And most these items are actually really ugly. They do it so you spend money on the “special” items. To get them you need to spend honestly over 100$. Dont even get me started on the pets you cant get rid off. You have to constantly feed them and they are so glitched non stop. They get in your way when doing absolutely anything. Its so annoying. I burnt food bc of my cat just spawning in my feet. To make furniture you have to use materials that are really hard to find and actually get. Just too many issues all over

the game is great! it sparks others to make creativity with their houses but thats literally it.
I have a few things to complain about (call me a Karen idgaf) but firstly you fixed the pets going on the roof but not on my house floor. Tell me why my pets are under my house floor? (my house is platformed) please fix this in future updates 😭
secondly can we get more dog experience? every time i interact with my cats i get about 10-60 exp but with dogs it only ranges from 10-30 why can't we make ts the same? and also why can we only have 3 dogs when we can have 5 cats? make it fair, 5-5.
thirdly gambling. i'm a freebie and don't spend money but these gachas are outrageously overpriced 😭 and the creators hardly ever give us freebies any of those pull thingys (forgot what they were called) like i could only pull 2 times before i used them all..
and lastly, please make the pets NOT follow you around when your in house territory its so annoying when your trying to cook!!

Bugs, glitches and Penny Pinchers
2 stars due to the gacha system known to have bad drop rates (check what happened on the CN server) and there are bugs and glitches that include not being able to interact with your cat at all so you can’t level up cat care, the rainbow bridge is slow and covered in white so looks awful, houses load in slow, pets end up on the roof or in the walls, pets will stand and sit infront of the stove so you burn food - these all are yet to be fixed.
I have played gacha games and would say the drop rates and availability of currency is worse than Infinity Nikki who has garnered some bad rap. The cost of each pull doubles.
Overall, the game is cute, cosy and the community aspect is wholesome. You can play without pulling on the gacha but who doesn’t love the anticipation and animation of a gacha. I just don’t know why it is so pricey and the message on some gachas stating “Next 10 pulls guarantee unobtained exhibition” is often a lie - key word here UNOBTAINED so then why are people getting so many duplicates. It’s known that people aren’t able to get full sets unless they do 200+ pulls.

Disappointed
I’ve played this since global release, and Ive played gacha games before. I am no stranger to it but this is next level shocking. The pull rates are complete garbage and there’s no fail safe. Other games have pity systems or something in place and to lock ALL good furniture and clothing behind gacha is just insane. Yes there’s an option to play with all the basic building materials. Bob just offers the same useless items and duplicates whether it be daily or weekly resets so once again it feels like you have to spend money to get anything decent and it’s just an endless cycle.
Heartopia has so much potential, despite that I’ve just been complaining, I do love playing the game with friends. The farming, building and events are fun aspects of the game and from what I’ve seen people convey across multiple platforms they have similar thoughts and feelings.
But ultimately anything good is obviously behind a paywall which is an issue and It will be the reason why me and other players will stop playing this game

Hello Heartopia, this game looks like a very cozy game that you would play anytime, but
The only problem is it takes FOREVER to download ( 45 minutes.) and once the game is finally done downloading, you need to sign in which would be probably another 45 minutes ( I am not good at signing in lol ) so yeah. If you like wasting your time on some on a “dreamy life in a cozy town” and endlessly smacking buttons, this is the game for you.

Honest opinion
Well. I would rate this game more as it is so incredibly beautiful. I love all aspects of this game except the gacha. At first I didn’t think it was too bad… the prices weren’t ridiculous but I quickly realised other wise. The new mlp collab is CRAZY! There needs to be a way of earning the gacha tickets instead of turning pink hearts into them… and maybe instead of that make a way to purchase the tickets with real money. I want more clothes and hair styles that are cute for everyone to purchase with coins or blue hearts. Obviously it’s still early stages for everyone other than China so we still need to wait for more to be added. But please take on the suggestions of us. We are your players after all and the people who buy from you.

Scams & Glitches
This game started out as an incredibly cute game to play but unfortunately greed kicked in within a month of being released. Their high cost of heart diamonds is one thing but their gatcha system is shocking. A lot of people including myself have reported pulling the exact same items from the gatcha machine, after paying real money to spin. Even if you do hit a rare item, chances are it’s a duplicate you’ve already won. People have been voicing their concerns for a while now and the developers have refused to acknowledge any of them, showing that they don’t care about their loyal players. On top of that, people have also been reporting constant bugs and glitches that impacts the ability to enjoy the game, which they also ignore. This game refuses to fix anything for their players while also sticking their hand of demanding for more money to make the game more enjoyable. Just straight up greedy and predatory

Cozy game with THE WORST GACHA SYSTEM
Love the gameplay and the visual.
Slow-paced-living games suitable for all ages.
The downside part are the limitation on flexibility for building the house and The VERY BAD (feels like) SCAM RATE for their Gacha system.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been (and still) playing a lot of gacha games, BUT this game has THE WORST winning rate system.
And consider their price also NOT CHEAP compare to other competitive games.
On current banner (Tree House)
I did 140 pulls and all I got was 2x Right Stairs (1 become exchange tickets since its was a dupe) and 1 Left stair 💔
Spent 256x pulls on Ice Palace banner to get that Purple Tree
And yet all I got still Left and Right Ice Stairs and only 1 item from the highest tier (Giant Snow Globe)
So disappointed with their winning rate system !!!!!
Even when the pity system said guaranteed obtain rare materials, BUT whats the point if the “guaranteed” means you will get another duplicate item and at the end all you get is another exchange tickets ??? 😩😩

Unfair Gacha Rates & Disadvantageous for F2P players
I really adore the mechanics and the activities in this game. But there is a huge downside, I spent some money hoping to get building permits and the new Firefly outfit in the new forestbell banners but I just found out there is no pity system and the tickets can’t even unlock any of the building permits. One of my complaints as well is that its very unfair for f2p players like my younger siblings to get outfit sets cause there is no way to get gacha tickets + there is only so much that is given in the new mlp ticket thing. I hope you guys take players feedback seriously and I hope that you do the same thing like refunding for the CN servers.

Awesome game
Love this game so much it’s so fun and entertaining but also relaxing, many things to do and different ways to play and it’s really enjoyable! I’d say if I could request one thing from this game it would be to add sloths! They are so cute and by far my favourite animal of all time (if you did happen to add them please make sure they anatomically correct!) I know I’m only one person out of many who have rated this and it probs wont be seen but please take that into consideration!! By far a awesome game though and definitely a game I’d recommend to anyone who needs a break or some time to themselves as it truely is such a calm game with many different possibilities on how you would like to play!!

Amazing game but issues
This game is amazing, the moment I started it, it was one of the best games I have played. I love how friendly and supportive the community is and how the animations are completely cozy and make the game have a nice touch.
Some issues to work on:
1. The guilded acorn tokens. For players that can’t spend money on the game it’s an absolute shame when new banners come out like the forest bell spell one. I get that the developers need to make money but I wish that they could make it so that free players can earn more of the tokens because currently logging in gives you two per day but u have to wait 3DAYS so u can use them because it cost 6 tokens to spin for an item. I hope that in the daily requests we can earn those tokens because for some players even when you lower prices they can’t buy the passes . I’m really sad about this because I was so excited about the new event coming out. The only other I can think about solving this problem is getting frequent free redeem codes or more tokens in the mail more frequently
2. Translate tool
Idk if this is a bug for me but when other people on the chat talk to me the translation doesn’t work and I don’t know what they are saying

Awhile ago I visited a neighbours house and there was a portal inside and I went in and it trapped me in a small room which about 2 by 1. I couldn’t get back through the way came in because the other portal was above me and I couldn’t jump high enough. Idk what to do but I got out by putting a vehicle down but if you don’t have a vehicle yet then you are in trouble I guess.
If all of this was fixed then this would definitely be a five star game, thank you so much for your time especially if this gets fixed!

Is it just me?
For some reason I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not, during the winter frost update I went to collect the ornament for the orange egg at the fishing village but for some reason it isn’t there?? Is this just me or is this happening to anyone else? I’m just disappointed that I couldn’t get the ornament so I won’t compete the collection I’ve been working on, so I could I please have a refund or something cause I checked it should be there, but is isn’t. :(

The bugs need to get fixed!!
this game is ok, when I first got the app it took 2 HOURS to log in, very disappointed for a app that has 4.6 likes. But there’s another downside there’s a few glitches out there for example the stuck pet glitch witch needs to get fixed and a lot more other bugs on the bright side if your looking for a sweet cozy game definitely this one a bit of at attention to detail which is always nice to see. Movement on point !! (Also I heard people bought packs but couple months later they got taken away or something??)

Sloptopia - AI and Silence
I’m heartbroken to have to uninstall this game and wish I could take back the money I spent. Not only did they not disclose their use of generative AI until they were forced to by Steam, but their lack of transparency and lack of response to feedback about this is worrying. Aside from updating part of the description on Steam and a copy of that as a ‘statement’ on the discord, there has been no other official response from company or dev team. All negative response was quieted with multiple anti ai people, using polite language, being warned or muted, while pro ai people who were using slurs and inflammatory statements were not. Their moderators were also left with no support while having to face the backlash of the disclosure. Generative AI has no place in creative spaces (or any spaces really) and destroys trust just as quickly as it is destroying the environment.

Dear hearttopia i've only just played for a few minutes but i wish you guys could add a solo player mode with no one in the server for a unlimited time without needing any in game currency. This is because my dad doesn't allow me to play games that have players all around the world in a server. It’s good but there’s a slight problem
So (just starting today) when I load in my house, I get random animals spawning in, this morning I had a bunny in my bedroom and just now when I ran downstairs I had a capybara lounge / living room, I don’t know if this is normal or not, but it’s really been bugging me, I only have a cat and a dog, and I don’t want other wild animals in my house, thank you for reading this - Eli

I’ve been playing heartopia for almost 2 weeks and it’s been great up until now. I have no idea what’s happening or how to fix it as I’ve reset my and phone and deleted and redownloaded the app, it won’t let complete quests and it’s been laggy overall. Would be great if that could be fixed asap because I absolutely love everything else about it.

Beautiful, cozy, affordable
It’s so amazing, with adorable and well thought out graphics and art style, it’s slow pace and peaceful while not being boring. So much possibilities and you can really express yourself. I play on IPad and haven’t seen any glitches yet, definitely recommend if you want something cozy to do in your free time

This is really really cute i adore this game!!! there is so much room for customisation and, at least so far, it doesn’t feel like one of those games where you up stuck behind an in app purchase pay wall. I really hate at the moment because it won’t download 😡😡. Apparently I have no storage, but I’ve delited like 10 apps and it still wasn’t downloading. Too slow
I’ve been having some issues with the speed of the game. It will take several minutes to be able to talk to a character once loaded into the world and it took quite a while to get out of the character creator. I am up to the part where you open the 3 boxes of furniture, but it won’t let me open a single one. Not sure if this is a problem on my end, but I would like it to be fixed, since it seems like a good game

Such a cozy game!
It’s packed with friends, adventure and fun. There’s areas to explore and things to find everywhere. Though I would like if they changed the design of the register! I’m making a cozy cafe at the moment but the darn thing only lets you put one dollar at a time, changed it so that you can put the amount you want in for the ability to run restaurants and shops! Also add the ability to bye things from players like bugs and such! Things you can’t get from the towns folk

I love the cuteness of the whole game and how it’s like animal crossing, but i never played AC before cause I don’t have a Nintendo, so this is like another version! I’m excited to experience and see more of this game and the collabs this game will have, I highly suggest a Chiikawa collab cause I love love love the franchise 😊

This game just ticks every box for me. It’s been a few months of looking for a cozy game to play together with my partner that is also cross platform.
This is the game, Truly a masterpiece. I enjoy every hobby and every quest. Nothing is too hard or too expensive and it’s filled with enjoyable little moments.
I like the gacha aspect. It’s a free game and has no ads, Plus the game is amazing so i buy gacha just to support the game.

I would give this game 5 stars if I could understand how to put things in place, like planters, crops and furniture. I love everything else, but it’s becoming too stressful trying to place things! Very very disappointed. For me at least the controls on iOS are hit and Miss at best and sadly mostly miss

Cute game but there is some issues
The game overall is AMAZING and very fun but there one thing I really want them to fix is friending other players and also visiting other people’s towns. I’ve tried to friend my sister but every time I tried it ended up saying something like ‘this isn’t an id’ or whatever.. Also I think it’s kinda annoying how if you wanna change the place you have to restart all over again. Please make this game a little more functional!!!

An Amazing Game!
I played during the BETA testing and I was absolutely hooked. I am currently playing after release and there is so much to do at DG level 5 including designing and relocating your own home on the plot! I am having an absolute blast and we have so much content to enjoy so far :)

Amazing can’t wait for new updates
I started playing this game as soon as servers were open and it was definitely worth the wait. The gameplay is interesting and all the side characters have fun with their own unique stories. I just wish that there was more to do everyday asides from the daily quests, which are too short in my opinion. Overall, I think the gameplay is great, similar to Animal Crossing, but still has its own elements such as the ability to adopt pets.
Looking forward to more updates!
