If there is a no star option. I would definitely have selected no star!
1. You won’t be able to review menu or preorder unless the open time is active.
2. Why would you have a $9,999 to buy a store.
3. The convienence of using the app is to avoid the in store queue. But there is no option to choose a time frame to pick up.
4. Lost the $5 new member
Coupon because I exist from the payment option to add more to the order.

Terrible app
Navigating this app is the worst I’ve seen. Trying to swipe back takes you to select the store and you have to start your order again. The app does not represent the elegance of the brand. It makes a very poor and frustrating user experience.

Took My Coupon
Disappointing experience with online ordering.
I was offered a $5 coupon to use when purchasing drinks online. When I tried to place my order, my card declined, so I moved money into my account and went back to the app to complete the purchase. However, when I returned, the app had removed my $5 coupon even though the purchase was never completed.
This is really frustrating and unfair I didn’t use the coupon, yet it was taken away due to a payment issue that was resolved. Customer experience like this makes me hesitant to order online again. Molly Tea should fix this issue or honour coupons when transactions fail.

The best drink
I had the snowy jasmine tea and it was SOOOO DELICIOUS 😋 Absolutely DEVOURED the jasmine cream and the little pecans ! I would date this drink 10/10 🌟 You should absolutely try it out if your into something creamy and a nice refreshing drink ❤️❤️
