Power target tracking in segments — See how closely you hit your workout targets with a new +/- percentage column in the segments table, color-coded green/yellow/red.

Power curve chart — See a power curve per activity

In-app surveys — We may occasionally ask for your feedback to help improve Stride.

My daily coach

I use Stride as my daily training coach and it’s quickly become one of the most useful fitness apps I’ve used. The AI makes planning both my gym sessions and cycling workouts incredibly easy - very decent.

One of the best features is how well it integrates with Zwift, which makes cycling sessions seamless. The app is also very simple and intuitive to use - just a clean way to plan and execute training.

Developers are open to feedback and actively improving the app. Being able to suggest ideas and see the app evolve makes it feel like a real training partner.

Highly recommend for anyone who wants structured training without the hassle of building plans themselves.
