Bugs

Tap current booking and just says no booking found. Umm ok? I have a booking but this feature stopped working after last bug fix update 😒 When I tap on call customer, tap tap tap tap nothing. Occasionally it will let me if I press it 57 times! Very inconvenient when trying to find customer as the GPS in app can be dodgy and give wrong address. Have to use call channel instead and wait on hold. I’ve contacted support, no response, no fix as yet.

Poor service

I am a driver. Sick of driving with taxi as they have poor service. When customers want to cancel a job app doesn’t allow them to cancel it so driver go next o the pick up address and customer says I don’t need taxi and i want to cancel it but it wouldn’t allow me

When will you know the real problem

As more and more ppl choose taxi ONLY when Uber charge surge price, is it time you consider price match when Uber and the others charge “normal” price, which is marginal lower than cab? There are a lot of good drivers are leaving because there are not enough work.

Not working at all

It's worsen than before. When you tap on app to open it. It's just blinked & closed by itself. Don't know what sort of improvement update it is.
