Broken, with no Apple Pay / Wallet.

The “Starbucks Australia” application is so poorly written in every possible way, that I quite literally consider it one of the laziest applications currently installed on my smartphone.
Not only is the interface clearly designed for an older version of Apple iOS (which makes the application extremely difficult to use), but many of the functions simply don’t work.
For example, trying to see the recent transactions only displays error messages, “stars” and rewards rarely update in the application and on a couple of occasions, the application has actually “forgotten” how many purchases I have made (thus, I haven’t received my “free” beverage).
Then there’s the fact that there is absolutely no Apple Pay / Apple Wallet support - which is even more ridiculous when one considers that we are moving towards a contactless society for the foreseeable future, given the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic...
Unlike Starbucks overseas, Starbucks Australia is owned by the Withers Group (who also owns 7ELEVEN), which explains why our “loyalty” application (among other things) is different to that used by Starbucks overseas - but it does not justify such a poor quality application.
I love my Starbucks coffees, but this application is a complete waste of time.
