Ver dissatisfied with this company. I can’t access app or given no instructions or plan to follow even though they say they do but will not refund or stop collecting funds. Sounds like a scam - I need to follow wit my bank

Unable to cancel subscription

When you go to the help centre and search for cancel the instructions given don’t lead you to a cancellation option. Just raided my bank account again

Shockingly terrible Service/App

I joined this app and was not able to access the app. This delayed my use. I then have a payment from my account. I search for the app and manage to login and delete to avoid further charges- haven’t used it as thought I was unable to. I contact them and they refused refund as I’d deleted the account. Robbery! Beware and I recommend to stay away!

Lack of information

The app does not provide enough information prior to payment. After I made the payment, they sent me food recipes that are not useful to me. I have contacted them via email to request a refund, but have not received a response. They continue to charge my account each month, even though I am not using the services at all.

Can’t log into the app

Downloaded the app could not register, after 30mins it started working and I could register an account. The next day it had logged me out and now it won’t log into… I don’t even get an error message it just doesn’t connect
