Hi hasbro I have brought the beyblade fort hornet the cx bey and when I scanned the QR code everything was fine but until I went to customise it first the customiser section button for the blade disappeared and when I went out the customiser section it changed to horn rino so ya

The app is good but it needs to fix these 4 things. .1 add a story that allows you to collect parts. .2 add paint, allow players to change the colour of their bey parts. .3 add the ability to make your own special beyblade, and pls make sure the price is fair, like 1 per 7 days. And finally pls add constant updates and add black beys pls. Thank you for your time.

It’s great but so buggy
The app is great but it freezes and crashes every five minutes. Can’t customise any of the blades and that’s very frustrating as well as when battling it’s buggy as! Other then that though it’s fantastic :)

Game does not work at all. I played one match and then after that not nothing worked online did not work. Customer opponent did not work. The game does not work at all. It’s embarrassing because the burst app was better than this one and that is over 10 years ago old nearly embarrassing!

Rare Bey Get
This game is awesome but I feel like if this had a feature similar to the Japanese app called rare bey get then this app would be a 5 star peak app. Look you don’t need to have the same exclusive beys. Since this is a hasbro version, just add exclusive hasbro beys! How sick would it be for outside Asia to have cool exclusives. Aus & the America regions need this feature!!!! Please. You’d have to have some way to earn tokens or tickets. Maybe by submitting a photo of your bey or something.
Please for the love of something! We need this!!!! I know the Beyblade fans of hasbro will love something like this.

Can’t transfer account from iPhone to iPad
I can’t transfer the account from the iPhone to iPad. When I try to type the Blader ID, it won’t allow me to type the name out. No problem with the restore code.
We should be able to sign in on multiple devices.

Amazing game but tier 2 power cores not levelling up
Hello Hasbro Inc! I really love the Beyblade X app. It is really fun and I thank you for putting your time and effort in making this app. recently last night of writing this letter, I happen to randomly receive Dagger Dran and I wonder if this is meant to be part of the game. Last night my Sword Dran was level 4 and I wonder if that has anything to do with it considering that Dagger Dran is a variant of Sword Dran and I wonder if that was just a prize or if it was a glitch. Anyway, recently this morning my tier 2 power cores were back to the start of tier 2 and I tried levelling them up to tier 3 but when I was just levelling up my last bar, the game froze and I couldn’t continue on with the game which was really strange and I had to start back to the start of tier 2 which was really annoying and I was hoping you guys have a way to fix that and if you can, can you please read this letter and respond back so I can or if any other people are experiencing this issue continue on with the game?

I absolutely love the gameplay it brings me back a lot of memories but if you can add a beylogger feature like they have for the Japanese release of Beyblade X that would sell like crazy if you sell a beylogger and add a beylogger feature would absolutely be a smash hit with beyblade fans

Better but needs some fixes here and these
Now that i can play its what i hoped it was just a few bugs preventing me from playing right, when you set the npc bey to 5 it just resets to 1 i did find a work around but it gets annoying repeating it over and over again. multiplayer battles are just a breeding ground for bugs, player switched with a lvl 1 npc, constant disconnecting from battles and many more. Because of that I prefer to play with npcs than mutiplayer which doesnt give me a challange since i already beaten the battle pass 2-3 weeks in, after beating it theres isnt really much to do

crashing and bad gameplay
not only did the game stop opening for me, the gameplay isnt that good. in the other game defense moved like a defense beybwould, same with stanima, etc. the chance to get on to the x-rail is completely random and should happen more often like irl, doesnt mean it has to be an x finish but just let they beyblades act like actual beyblades. i dont mind the tap to attack system but the damage of attack seems random most of the time. please fix the glitches atleast, this game has lots of potential
