Very Disappointed.

I'm very disappointed with the service l've received. I requested a refund after being charged without warning that my free trial was ending. I explained that I'm currently struggling financially and made a claim in hopes of resolving the issue, but unfortunately, it was denied. I didn't receive the refund I genuinely needed, and I feel let down by the lack of support and understanding.

Very disappointed!!!!!

I woke up with unauthorised $200 bill for annual subscription which I didn’t choose it at the beginning. I have picked to try one week free and without notice got charge $200 suddenly. However, Brett - one of co founder emailed me immediately and asked why. I have explained to him and asked kindly for refund. Again, I have followed up with another email but no response. Either way if Coconote can refund or not I believe I deserve a response.

Flashcards and quizzes yay! Actual notes nay!

Flashcards and quizzes work for jogging memory and improving timed recall of even the minor facts.

The actual bulk of the notes that are written based on the recording were not up to my standard of clarity, accuracy, nor detail. Should be improved. Also, it is unclear how I can upload a lecture capture video for the ai to take notes from.

I really rate this app

So much easier to participate in class knowing that my notes are taken care of and the best feature is that you can interact with the note and ask it questions like tell me everything that was said about this particular topic in the lecture etc it’s really helpful definitely recommend after trying a few of these types of ai note taking apps this is for sure the best one

Coconote is the best AI note taker. Not only does it summarize your files such as PDFs and YouTube videos, it provides transcripts which you can read if your videos are too long to watch.

If you’re like me, you only have enough time for everything so why not have the best Personal Assistant who can do the hard stuff for you?

This is a great app, it helps me with all of my study’s, I have used it for two days and I am already seeing improvement in my school work. The quizzes are amazing and the flash cards help so much, I am so obsessed with this app. Thank you Coconote. ♡

Not working

It let me record one note and now won’t let me do anything else without trailing the “unlimited” feature, which I do not want to do.

POOR SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed in the service i received from the app designer regarding guidance I requested on this produced. Very poor.

Amazing

As a nursing student this app has help with the audio recording and then been able to go and do the quiz and it generates flash cards

Only a couple of changes I would suggest that with the lectures notes can it be expanded with more information under each heading

With the quizzes can you have a category for either simple or complex

But overall a great app and I'll be highly recommended it

A good idea if it worked! Don’t waste you money

Would be a great tool if it didn’t lose recordings. I had a whole trimester of lectures saved and they have all been lost seemingly when the app updated. About 10 hours of work lost and paid $150. Not impressed

Wasn’t expecting the cost of $149.99

I am enjoying the App but was not disclosed cost amount of $149. Great App but very expensive. Please be upfront about your costs. Also would be great to not be restricted to 12 flash cards and quiz per note. It would be great if these cards and quizzes had more and changed. Thank you.

Great App!

This is a very useful app that creates aesthetically pleasing notes, that are well summarised, whilst emphasising important information from my lecture recordings. I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

One thing that is a slight inconvenience if i were to nitpick, is you can’t reorder notes in different folders, it automatically puts them in the order they were downloaded. As i said not a big deal but if that could be added that’d be great.
