I was on day 3 of my free trial and really enjoying this. Great stories, great features, and it was enjoyable. Then it crashed! 2 days later… still crashed.
I was going to purchase, but now I’m not sure.

I didn’t mean to purchase the 99 dollar option after the free trial and I’m not eligible for refund, didn’t receive any warning through email or otherwise that the free trial would be ending. There was absolutely no notification that this free trial ending as mentioned.

Every time I open a story the whole application shuts down. I have deleted and re added but still not working

Disappointed
I signed up for a 7 day trial which included a 2 day notification of its expiry. I would normally set a reminder but didn’t, believing in the 2 day notification. I didn’t not receive it and have now been charged $79.99.
