Track your mood, energy and sleep effectively with this easy to use mood tracker. Unlike most mood trackers, Moodily lets you track your energy levels in addition to your mood. Energy levels provide essential information for people with bipolar disorder, since e.g. low mood can coexist with high energy levels, as seen in mixed states. The app is helpful for people with bipolar disorder, depression and anyone else interested in how their mood and energy fluctuate over time.
Moodily provides you with easy to charts showing how your mood, energy and sleep interrelate and vary over time. This can help you identify your individual cycling patterns.
All your data is stored locally on your phone and not shared with anyone.
