Fake gacha rate

Have been playing since launch day, thousands pulls and have spent some money. However this game never gives the claimed SSR rate which is 4% and picked up SSR of 2%.
At best it’s 1% rate of the pick up character. The worst was last 400 pulls, only 3 SSR and they’re NOT the pick up character.
This company lies.

Crashes…

This is really a very pretty game, game play experience is a lot above most gacha waifu games out there. but even on a medium setting my game crashes every 5minutes. it’s frustrating because i really want to play the game….

Problem already

When I load up the game it starts to load a loading bar then kicks me out of the game and keeps doing this again and again fix please finally got it to load but now half the character’s at brief moments aren’t in the sub title’s aren’t speaking the language I chose which was English and the game is moving slow no matter how much I turn down the graphics I‘ve got it on very low and the game is still moving slow fix it please
