Where has Face ID gone?
I used to access my account using Face ID, but this option seems to have disappeared. Now I have to enter my username and password every single time I want to check my account. What is the point of this app?

Love the App (but small currency bug in Versions 4.24 and 4.25)
Within the Stock Plan Account Display
Within the Sell Asset portion of the main display
The “Cost basis total” value is showing the USD amount and labelling it AUD (My display currency)
Please fix this.
Note: The correct amounts can be seen on a few other screens, but the “Held in USD” popup shows it best. Either USD and AUD values side by side.
It also shows correctly on the web site

Such a poor app experience!!!
This app is stuck in the early 2000’s. Rewrite it properly, stop just displaying html and fix the never ending ‘we use cookies’ prompt!!!

Why even bother
They put the website in an app. Just use the browser, it’s faster less clunky and useable

Several bugs
Keeps saying there’s something wrong with facial recognition - but it’s the only app that doesn’t work with it and reinstalling doesn’t solve it. Also, the pdf reader doesn’t work in it, so you can’t read your statements, and you can’t download them. Clunky interface.

Why is this app wanting to put cookies on my device?
The app is pretty unreliable, has some dead end links, unclear nav arrows, often I find myself at the bottom of a hole with no option but to close the app and restart.
Pretty second rate for a large financial institution.

Reworked desktop
Needs to be better adapted to small devices. Doesn't remember username, asks for it every time I login, so might as well use a desktop.
