Unlike many other online shops ecwid gives you the ability to breakdown postage into postcodes/zip codes, interface is a little sloppy at front end but I give it 5 stars.

Just 1 thing needs to be added
Having used the app for 2 years now a lot of improvements have been made, so I went from 4 stars to 5 stars now because you took the initiative to improve.. no dramas.. I would like to perhaps see a feature where I can add notes to individual orders.. Example. someone purchases and requests not to ship until a length of time because they are on holidays, the customer can add a note on his order, but I can't add a note to that same order, would be a good handy little feature for me to remember things.. not sure how u see that. A reply on your thoughts would be nice 😊

Not good
I had been on Ecwid for about 8 months and all worked fine.
Then problems started with the link between ecwid and PayPal so I couldn't get payments.. Boone was able to fix the issue. I got finger cramps from txt chat with ecwid all to no avail. I couldn't recommend it

I like the fact that more functionality is added over time, it seems the Ecwid people are constantly working to upgrade the service both web-based and within the app capabilities.
Works well if you've got your own back-end and products set up / organized well. What you put in, you WILL get out with Ecwid
