I have used many pharmacies in the past but nothing compares to Pharmacy Focus! Every time I call all of the staff are so lovely and super helpful, from the lovely girls to the pharmacist, who help me with my painful questions. Their delivery service helps immensely as quite often I am home bound. Please give this pharmacy a try and you will know what I mean!!

This app has changed my life ! I’m a young mum with a diagnosed inoperable back problem. I have my serious S8 drug and others for myself and the rest of the families medication ( asthma etc ) . My daughter who is only 9 , takes a drug to control her severe migraines.

I can go on my app , check all our scripts , see how many we have left and also order them on the app , ready for me to pick up when it’s convenient to me .

Makes my life so much easier and safer

It works fine, haven’t missed any alerts, very easy to use.

I have been using this app for many years but in the last 6 months I am so frustrated with it. I have to keep deleting the app and then reinstalling it just so I can login and use it. Otherwise it just has the swirling ‘preparing to login’ icon for hours.

So frustrating, please fix it!

Every time I order from this app I am waiting up to 2 hours to get a message saying my order is ready to collect. I can only imagine they are serving face to face customers first. So where’s the incentive to use the app? I’ll get served faster if I go in person.

I have had this app for about 2 years & I place it in the top 5 of the approximately 60 apps on my phone. I highly recommend it to every body who takes medication on a regular basis.

Very helpful and easy to use. Please update the style and overall look of app. Feels like I’m using a very outdated iOS software. The app also loads every time I choose an option which is rather annoying.

This app has gone from being good to being totally unreliable

I use it to track my medicines. How many days left I have if each, how many scripts I have and ordering medicine from the pharmacy.

The app constantly changes the number of pills I have available until my next repeat.

It also misinforms me about the number of scripts I have left. This is something I cannot control.

I have to manually adjust the number of pills I have left, and even then the app changes them.

This could be life threatening. The app is not safe.

Even my pharmacist says do not rely on the app. It has too many bugs.

App was good until I went to another pharmacy with a prescription (1st time this script was EVER presented to a pharmacy due to sensitive nature of the script). A day later I noticed somehow this script was in my MedAdvisor app. The pharmacy told me they did NOT add it to my app and the only way to get the script off was to go to my regular pharmacy and ask them to remove it. The reason I went to a different pharmacy is because I did NOT want the people there to see this script. Now there it is for everyone to see. No idea how this happened but I will be seeking legal advise due to the gross breech of privacy.

Very easy to use, can order my meds at any time of the day or night. Notifies you when order is ready.

My 1st time placing order via App. No more travelling to Pharmacy, looking for M/V car space. The App, such a Great idea given concerns with Covid-19 Virus & the socially distancing. We need to take advantage of ideas to help protect our family & others within our Communities. Online ordering trouble free & response time frame very acceptable. Will order via App for future Scripts. Save time.

Usually brilliant app. Today it’s deleted my notes every time so I will have to order by phone.

Is there a bug or update required?

This app makes my life so easy! My scripts and medications are managed, I don’t have to worry about losing scripts and I get reminded when I need to reorder.

It would be fabulous if Doctors would link to this app too to enable us on ongoing lifetime medication to have a seamless pathway to get our medications.

Absolutely love using MedAdvior saves me so much time.

Finally an app to keep track of your medications at your chemist. I love that I can order through the app and go and pick it up, saves waiting around at the chemist. I also really like that it reminds you when your medication is running low and how many repeats you have left.

Highly recommend.

Since the update for iso 13 the notifications don’t work and it takes several times to open app even after I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Very disappointed as I relied on the take my meds notifications through the day.

On the upside I do now like how the ordering system works for easier ordering

I have had the app downloaded for a number of weeks now and it won’t go past the front page.

This app is so easy to keep track of your medications. The best bit is that you keep the scripts at the pharmacy, place your order and pay for them and then just pick them up when they are ready. You no longer need to wait around for your scripts to be processed.

After using the large chains app for over 2 years I decided to switch to my local chemist and started using this app as that is what they offered. What a difference. Better in every way. Ordering, tracking, providing news prescriptions and notifications. A delight to use.

I have been experiencing difficulties with this app, so when I was asked to provide feedback in a survey, I told them what the problem was. The response... my account no longer exists!

I love this app. It’s so easy to keep track of all your medications even the non prescription ones! Easy to use and so convenient to place your order anytime then just pop in to the chemist to collect it. No waiting! Also saves going back the next day if your chemist has to order anything in for you. Love the message feature as well. The reminders are helpful to make sure you don’t run out at any time. Very well written and thought out app.

The app can be buggy and stall, the ordering of non-prescription items process is clunky, but the app is so worth it for crucial meds and then reminders it sends etc. plus not having to wait around to have scripts filled. I love this app

Every time I try to log in it says a critical error has occurred. I deleted the app and then got it again and it still says the same

I downloaded this app during COVID-19 to make it easier to order my script and spend less time in the Pharmacy. It took two attempts to have my account verified at the Pharmacy, which required me to log in and out multiple times. My script was uploaded, I viewed it in the app and familiarized myself with how to go about ordering my script so I knew what to do when the time came. I was really impressed with the app at this point. When I realised I needed to order my script I tried to log in, but it told me my details were incorrect although I knew they weren’t. I tried forgot my password but it said that I had no account. I contacted support to find out what was going on. After a couple of emails they simply told me there was no account in my name, email or mobile number!!! They did tell me there was a silver lining though, I could create an account!! I already had an account so pardon me if I didn’t see that as a silver lining! I emailed them back with further details and to advise that I still have a text message from MedAdvisor in March with a link to reset my password - how could I possibly have this if I didn’t have an account? The only response after that was an email asking to rate the customer service. When I went to do that it said the ticket was closed so I couldn’t rate it! I’m now left wondering where my account is and what has happened to my information - I am not happy at all that my issue seems to have been dismissed. I would not be trusting this app with such important information if an account can be there one minute and apparently gone without a trace the next. Very disappointing!

Intuitive GUI, considering the target demographic for smart phones users is always increasing there is very little justification for waiting in store when this app is available. So long as Chemist Store’s like mine in Melton are proactive enough to offer it I would consider this app a win- win for Pharmacy’s and the Customer. Well done.

The last update which now just tells me critical error and shows only a blue screen (so cant attempt to log back Olin etc as there is nothing to click or choose).

Makes life a lot more easier, and very convenient especially when your prescription has no more repeats left!!

Great app until new phone now can’t log in. Pharmacy gives new code but this proves useless. Won’t allow login as won’t recognise existing account. Won’t allow new registration because recognises there’s an existing account. Tried to contact Med Advisor however although simple form filled out, won’t send - apparently there’s an error in the form, however, what that is and how to rectify it is anybody’s guess!

After downloading the app, all I get is a message “preparing to login”.. I’d ask your pharmacist for an alternative app.

Now I know how many repeat prescriptions I have left at glance, or I need to get more medication. Features like be able to find other pharmacies if your travelling when we can do that a great.

This has the potential to be such a useful app. Unfortunately it is too flaky to be of use. It hangs on checkout or when trying to order since the latest update. You don’t find out that the pharmacist is out of stock until you go to pick it up — what’s the point of notifications or messages functionality if they don’t work? You don’t find out that they won’t deliver - again until you re-login to see where your meds are. Please fix the flakiness on checkout ASAP as there’s absolutely no point to this app if you cannot order your medications. Needs a real team rehaul from functionality to interface before it is worth downloading. Avoid at all costs until this has been done.

Fantastic app until I was forced to use the Amcal App instead of the one I chose to use.

Very user friendly, saves time, keeps me on track .... does all it says it will do ... I am sure my pharmacy team love it too!

So far I am impressed with the functionality of the App. I would like to suggest however. that the developers consider adding a bit more flexibility with the payment system. Perhaps the ability to add multiple payment cards, including PayPal and Apple Pay. I would also like to suggest that the developers consider including an email generated receipt, once the payment process is completed, as is the case with other payment Apps, such as Mac Donald’s, KFC, etc.

It’s great to order my scripts at any time and pick them up at the chemist when it’s convenient to me without waiting !

This App works really good & does everything it promises to do.

I used to love the previous interface of Medadvisor and it made keeping track & ordering my meds a breeze! This new update has made it harder to read, I cannot order non prescription items anymore and as I have an account with my pharmacy, I used to place an order for delivery and they would add the cost of the goods to my account. I can’t do this anymore because you are forced to “checkout” which has caused me great inconvenience as I don’t drive. Please make the interface easier to read, especially when you need to amend quantities and provide an option for those people that don’t drive, yet have alternate payment arrangements with their pharmacy.

It’s about time everyone that takes multiple medications to download this app.

It’s so easy to use esp for myself as I take narcotics, all I have to do is take a pic of my scripts and send straight through to my chemist, then just take originals with me when I pick them up.

I can add medications and stop medications thru the app and can also get reminders when to take them..

It’s just BRILLIANT I would like to see I’m the future where you can use your own sounds for reminders tho.

Update: The last few versions have improved this app immeasurably. All the nonsense graphics have been banished, it is now a lot less confusing.

The app works okay but is undermined badly by its ugly 'novelty' interface.

I'd simply like to get my medications without the patronising animated cartoon chemist.

At least give us an option to turn the unnecessary cutesy rubish off.
